Two Impact stars are ready to race.

Impact Wrestling Hall of Famer Gail Kim will team with Gisele Shaw to compete in the upcoming season of The Amazing Race Canada.

Calling themselves “Team Knockout” Gail claims she is on the show for “bragging rights” while Shaw would love to use the prize money to buy a bigger house for her parents.

Their official team bio also states they are “two highly competitive former and current pro-wrestlers” who “feel more like sisters than friends”.

“They’ll do anything to protect one another and are racing to deepen their friendship outside of the world of wrestling, and also to inspire young girls to never let anything, or anyone, stand in their way,” the bio states.

They also wish to “crush the stereotype of dumb wrestlers.”

Season nine of The Amazing Race Canada premieres on July 4th on CTV.

Back in 2015, another wrestling team, the Flatliners — Asylum and Matt Burns — competed in The Amazing Race Canada. They talked about that experience with SlamWrestling.net: FLATLINERS GO FROM ‘AMAZING RACE’ TO DUDLEYVILLE
