Bret Hart’s nephew is facing more legal troubles.

Teddy Hart (Edward Annis) has been charged with possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance without prescription, reports TMZ.

The arrest and charges come after a routine traffic stop in Florida when Hart was speeding and ran a red light.

Police noticed an “overbearing odor of burnt marijuana emanating” from his car as well as traces of medical marijuana.

According to law enforcement officials they also found MDMA and anabolic steroids.

In Florida it is still illegal to consume marijuana for recreational purposes. Only medical marijuana use is permitted and legal.

Police say that Hart told them he had a medical marijuana card but didn’t have it on him at the time.

Hart has been charged numerous times in the past with being in possession of controlled substances. He has also been charged with allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, injuring a disabled person, violating the conditions of his bail by not staying under house arrest and sexual assault charges which were later dropped.

Hart was the subject of the recent documentary Dangerous Breed: Crime. Cons. Cats. which explored his life and the disappearance of his then-girlfriend Samantha Fiddler.
