Kimber Lee (AKA: Kimberly Frankele) is now scheduled to appear before a Highlands County Court in Florida at the end of the month.

Lee, who has worked for NXT and Impact Wrestling, has been charged with DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.

Her pre-trial court date is November 28th and Lee has plead not guilty to the charges.

Police say in their report that Lee’s vehicle was facing the wrong way on U.S. 27 and stopping traffic.

When officer P.J. Roberts made contact with Lee she had “blood shot watery eyes and she slurred as she spoke” and claimed the officer was “messing with her”.

It took the officer several attempts to obtain her driver’s license from her and she tried to “leave the area and get what she claimed was her laundry from a laundry mat”.

As Officer Roberts attempted to arrest her she struck the officer in the chest. After one cuff was attached Lee the officer reports that she “began kicking me in the chest and in my face, busting my lip and the gums in my mouth”. She then bit the officer twice enough to draw blood.

Another officer arrived at the scene and Lee was finally cuffed and restrained.

Lee’s breath test was .140 hours later. The legal limit in the State of Florida is .08.

This is Lee’s first DUI offense. She faces as much as six months in jail, suspension of her driver’s license, community service and fines of up to $1,000. If found guilty of resisting arrest, Lee could receive up to five years in jail or or five years of probation and a $5,000 fine. For assaulting the officer, she would face another five years in jail or or five years of probation and a $5,000 fine.
