We have this year’s NJPW Super Junior Tag League finalists. It will be The House of Torture (Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Sho) versus Catch 2/2 (TJP and Francesco Akira) in finals this Saturday at Power Struggle.
2/2 defeated the Intergalactic Jet Setters (Kevin Knight and KUSHIDA) to solidify their spot in their finals. Jeff Cobb and Will Ospreay were at ringside cheering on their United Empire stablemates. They pinned Knight with the 2×2 running knee strikes.
The House of Torture had to pull off some shenanigans in their match against Master Wato and El Desperado to reach the final. It looked like Wato had Sho pinned with his bridging suplex but Sho kicked out at the last possible second. Wato looked like he had the match won with Recientemente II. Yoshinobu Kanemaru pulled Red Shoes out of the ring though stopping the count.
Evil, Dick Togo and Yujiro Takahashi hit the ring attacking Wato. El Desperado tried to save his partner. He was outnumbered though. Togo kicked him in the “lower abdomen”. Kanemaru nailed his former partner El Desperado in the head with his whiskey bottle. Wato fought back until he too was punched in the “lower abdomen” and then taken down with Evil’s Everything is Evil. Sho was placed on top of Wato as Red Shoes was thrown back into the ring to make the count.

Los Ingobernables De Japon (Hiromu Takahashi and Yota Tsuji) versus Bullet Club (Taiji Ishimori and Gedo)
Tsuji gives Gedo a stomp for the win but not before Gedo uses the bell hammer on Hiromu. Hiromu and Taiji shared some words after the match. After the match, Young Lion at ringside Yuto Nakashima tries to pin Hiromu for the title but fails. There seems to be some 24/7 rule in place for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship.

Kazuchika Okada, Tomohiro Ishii and Hiroshi Tanahashi versus House of Torture (EVIL, Dick Togo and Yujiro Takahashi)
