Greetings and salutations! We are just a few weeks away from the next Impact Wrestling Impact Plus Special. We learned last week that Deonna Purrazzo will challenge Trinity for the Knockouts title. I hope to find out how Trinity reacted to that news. We also have the 4-team tournament to crown number one contender for the Tag-Team Championships. All this and more so without further ado, let’s get to the show!


Trinity Speaks…


The show kicks off with Trinity in the ring. She says that Chicago will always be special to her since that’s where she made her Impact debut. Trinity said she promised she’d be Knockouts champion when she came back to Chicago, and she is! (Knockouts Champion)

Deonna Purrazzo is out she joins Trinity in the ring. She said if they are recreating her debut then its only right that she come out. She congratulates Trinity on winning but the difference is that she isn’t a quitter. Purrazzo then said that no one can beat her twice.

The Coven is out and the two in the ring were not impressed. KiLynn King told Trinity that she got lucky om her debut match against her, but she was lucky. Wilde gives the tarot cards and all 4 women go at it. Santino Marella is out and calls on security to break the fight up. Santino makes the match with the 4, Purrazzo demands it starts now…


The Coven (KiLynn King & Taylor Wilde) VS Trinity & Deonna Purrazzo


King is using her strength against trinity and Purrazzo. This was your typical tag tam match that is controlled by the heels and we get the hot tag. Let’s skip to the end as King DDT’s Purrazzo. Purrazzo with a Pump Kick. wilde is in and gets a Codebreaker on the former champ. King is looking for the Excalibuster but Purrazzo counters to an Armbar that was broken up by Wilde. Trinity is in and goes for a kick on Wilde, but ends up hitting Purrazzo. King then hits the Excalibuster on Purrazzo and gets the win.

Winners: The Coven


The Rascalz were chatting about their upcoming match with Bailey and Gresham in the #1 contender tournament. Scott D’Amore walks by and fines them two weeks worth of pay because they interfered in the match last week. He then says if they do something else, theyd be suspended indefinitely.

The Edwards (Eddie and Alisha) are in the back while Alisha says she ran Tracy Brooks out of Impact yet again. Jody Threat confronts them and tells Alisha she didn’t drive anyone out.


Heath VS Alan Angels


Heath controlled most of the early parts of this match. Angel’s and Heath end up outside and Angels kicks the stairs right on to Heath’s knee. Heath is coming back, but Angels ends the momentum after getting up with a DDT. Angels hits an Enzuigiri and goes to the top rope and jumps off, but Heath catches him and  hits a Powerslam. Heath for the Wakeup Call but Angels fights out and goes for a Backslide. Angels then goes for the Halo Strike, Heath ducks and hits a Wakeup Call, goes for the pin and wins.

Winner: Heath


Gia Miller is with Eric Young. Miller asked Young how an why he isn’t dead. Young says he will explain in detail, and that what the Design did to him was par for course.


Jake Something VS Davey Vega


Something goes for the handshake but Vega knocks his hand away. Vega tries to go for a sunset Flip but Something catches him and Forearms him mid-air. Something hits a Body Press and yells to ask us “What’s my name” as the crowd returns it with “Nothing”. Something hits a Black Hole Slam for the win.

Winner: Jake Something


Bully Ray, Moose and Myers confront Lio Rush and they were happy that Rush made the right choice by aligning with them. Rush said he isn’t here to make friends, Moose says he doesn’t need them to be friends, they just need to be on the same side at Emergence. Ray said he wanted Rush’s eperience to his team.


Kenny King (w/ Sheldon Jean) VS Joe Hendry VS Yuya Uemura


Hendry chops Uemura a few times. Hendry follows that up with a Vertical Suplex on King. Hendry and King trade Uppercuts, then runs the ropes but King Power Slams him for a 2-count. Uemura is back and hits a Cross-Body on both his opponents. and when their up, Forearms both of them. Uemura hits a Suplex for a 2-count of his own. Uemura is at the top and jumps, but Hendry hits a Cutter, but Jean pulls him out the ring to break the pin, then goes for a pin of his own, but Uemura kicks out at 2. King pushed Uemura into Hendry, knocking him outside, then hits a Royal Flush on Uemura for the win.

Mike Bailey and Jonathan Gresham are with Gia Miller. Gresham is upset that the rules aren’t being enforced on Impact. He claims that he and Bailey can overcome anyone if the rules are enforced. Gresham said that if Bailey has his back then they’d win matches.

Josha Alexander and Time Splitters claim they are on the same page for their match at Emergence.

Death Dollz are backstage and say they need a gameplan to get a title shot. Crazzzy Steve shows up and and asked to speak with Rosemary. Rush said they have business to take care of firs with Santino. Steve said he undrstands.


The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachery Wentz) VS Jonathan Gresham & Mike Bailey


Wentz bows to Alexander but Alexander doesn’t trust him. Bailey hits a Kick to the chest and tags Gresham in. Gresham is focusing his attack on the arm of Wentz. Gresham curls up Wentz good. Gresham leave through the ropes, but The Rascalz kick the ropes to slow Gresham down. Miguel launches Wentz on hits Gresham. Gresham escapes the attack and Hits a Deadlift Suplex to Miguel. Bailey was in and hits a Shooting Star Press for a 2-count.

Miguel then gets control of the match and hits a Slowly Lifted Suplex. Wentz hits the Cravate and follows that up with a DDT. Wentz and Bailey trade punches and goes for a Thrust Kick on Miguel but Miguel Bridge’s backwards to avoid it Matrix, Gresham and Miguel are in. Miguel hits a Cutter for a 2-count as Wentz hits a Senton Bomb to break the pin. Gresham hits a Powerbomb on Gresham for a 2-count of his own.

Miguel is in and tossed a can of spray paint. Bailey hits a Triangle Moonsault on Wentz, sending him out of the ring. Miguel sprays Gresham in the eyes and goes for the pin to win the match by cheating, yet again.
