Despite all that was 2020, NJPW has come through it all stronger than ever. Wrestle Kingdom is their biggest event of the year taking place across two nights in the Tokyo Dome. To celebrate, Slam Wrestling has all of your predictions and prognostications.

Which four will survive to night two? That’s a really tough one. I will stick my neck out there and say the final four will be…Toru Yano, Bad Luck Fale, Hirooki Goto and Minoru Suzuki.

I think Yano, Fale, Ishii and Bushi will be the final four.

Man, this one is tearing me apart as I am a massive fan of both men. I see them as two of the best on the planet and of their generation. This is Phantasmo’s return but Hiromu has been on a little bit of a slide lately. Since he needs the win more right now…. Winner: El Phantasmo.

Hiromu because Phantasmo just returned and hasn’t had enough build-up quite yet. Winner: Hiromu Takahashi.

Kojima is subbing for an injured Juice Robinson who unfortunately will miss the biggest show of the year. It would be cool to see Kojima get a big nostalgic push but let’s be real. Winner: Kenta

Kenta because…Kojima? Really? Winner: Kenta.

This one could go either way with either Tanahashi getting his revenge on Khan or Khan boosting his profile with a win over The Ace. Winner: Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Tanahashi will let the beast out again at Wrestle Kingdom. We could be seeing a new Ace. Winner: Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Will Ospreay deserves this push. Okada, though, is on his way back to the top of New Japan. You can make a case for either star coming out victorious. Okada and that push though…Winner: Kazuchika Okada

Will Ospreay will come out on top. He has to beat Okada if they really want to tie him to a rocket to make him a NJPW top guy. Winner: Will Ospreay.

Will NJPW stick with their veteran or will they move into the future? Is Ibushi ready to carry that torch forward? I think the fact that he lost the briefcase to Jay White will play into NJPWs decision. Winner: Tetsuya Naito

Ibushi is going to dethrone Naito so he can face White to avenge him losing the briefcase in the first place. Winner: Kota Ibushi
