Greetings and salutations! We are firmly on the road to Full Gear! This week on the show we have MJF defending his AEW title against Daniel Garcia. WHo will show up? Will it be Technical Wrestler Garcia or will it be Sports Entertainer, dancer Garcia? Also on the show we have Samoa Joe defending his ROH TV Title against Keith Lee. Another item of note is that Jay White will be facing Mark Briscoe. With all of this action, let’s get straight to the results!


The show kicks off with Tony Schiavone in the back. He interviews AEW World Champion MJF. MJF gets right to business and tells Jay White to enjoy the win he got last week because it won’t happen again. Adam Cole calls MJF on a phone. Cole tells MJF that he’s worried about him. Cole says that MJF needs to take Samoa Joe up on his offer to be his partner. MJF says he doesn’t need Samoa Joe and reiterates that he can handle things on his lonesome. Daniel Garcia is out and he goes face to face with MJF. MJF tells Garcia that he sees himself in Garcia and wants to give him to prove  himself. Garcia says that MJF will face a wrestler tonight! Roderick Strong and The Kingdom are out but MJF ignores them. Strong says it’s time to remind everyone who he is and what he is about.


AEW World Championship: MJF (c) VS Daniel Garcia (W/ Matt Menard and Angelo Parker)


MJF and Garcia start htings off by feeling the other person out. MJF gets the early advantage but Menard and distract everyone. This wasn’t the worst as MJF quickly recovers and locks up with Garcia again. MJF and Garcia have a very 50/50 maatch until MJF extends his hand to Garcia but ends up thumbing him in the eye. MJF with a slam on Garcia, and sets his target on the arm MJF with another slam of Garcia, but this time into the turnbuckles. Garcia is ready to come back and that is what happens. Garcia is back and unleashes some punches on MJF, and then hits a German Suplex which was only good for a 2-count. Garcia continues his attack on MJF as he lands a Brainbuster. Garcia then hits a series of Suplexes on MJF.

MJF is ready to come back and that is what happens as he hits Garcia with a shoulder-breaker and gets a 2-count with a DDT. MJF goes for a Heatseeker, but Garcia blocks it, but MJF comes right back and delivers a huge Kick on Garcia. Garcia comes back and kicks MJF’s knee and then hits MJF head first with a Piledriver. Garcia is looking to out things away and locks in the Dragon-Tamer, but MJF transitions into the Salt of the Earth and makes Garcia tap out.

Winner: AND STILL AEW Champion; MJF

After the match, MJF extends his hand for a handshake but Menard and Parker stop Garcia from accepting it. Garcia tries but they block it again…

Darby Allin & Sting VS The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum)


Allin starts things and gets Double-teamed until Sting tags in and punches Floyd with Allin all at the same time. Sting clotheslines Floyd to the outside. Magnum is in and he slams Allin hard into the barricade. Sting comes back and fights off both Outrunners. Sting with a Scorpion Deathlock for the win!

Tony Schiavone sat down with Toni Storm and AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida. Toni Storm says the spotlight belongs to her. Shida and Storm sign the contract for their title match at AEW Full Gear. Pretty simple.


Swerve Strickland (W/Prince Nana) vs. Penta El Zero Miedo (W/Alex Abrahantes)


Swerve and Strickland have a very fast paced match. After some offense from Strickland, Penta delivers some heavy chops to Strickland, who comes right back with a chop of his own. Strickland gets gutsy and wants to permanently shut Penta up and pulls on Penta’s tongue. Penta comes back and hits a Backstabber. Swerve with a Uppercut and then slams Penta onto the steps on the outside. Penta with a kick and then dives onto Swerve at ringside. Strickland comes right back and the two end up trading punches. Petna with a Made in Japan, but Strickland counters it. Moments later, Both men are back at it with trading punches.

Penta with two Slingblades for a 2-count and then he hits a destroyer on the apron. All of this was only good for a 2-count. Swerve hits a stomp over the top rope, but Penta snaps Swerve’s arm until Swerve counters the Fear Factor and hits a Death Valley Driver. Swerve hits the Swerve Stomp for the win after snapping the arm of Penta.

Winner: Swerve Strickland

After the match, “Hangman” Adam Page comes out and attacks Strickland with a chair. He slams him off the stage and through a table.


in the back, Jay White tells MJF that he has always been better than him. White says he is truly elite, and he’ll show that tonight.

A video package shows us the history between The Don Callis Family and Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, and Kota Ibushi.

The Young Bucks confront Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega. The Bucks are still frustrated that Omega hasn’t been there for them. Jericho says they all started the revolution together, but the Bucks interject and  say Jericho was late to it and he came in after they already started.  Jericho says he and Omega could beat The Young Bucks. Matt Jackson challenges them to a match and Jericho accepts and says that if they win, they get their title shot. Matt says that  if they win then Jericho and Omega will have to break. Omega says the Young Bucks have been acting like whiny children and Jericho ends things off by saying that he will beat their “spoiled asses.”


ROH Television Championship: Samoa Joe (c) VS Keith Lee


Joe and Lee start off slow, measuring up their opponent. Joe  with a  shoulder tackle on Lee, but Lee comes back with one of his own. Joe and Lee trade blows until Joe takes control. Joe then hits Lee with a crossbody block. The two men end up at ringside and throughout the ring. Lee is ready and he unleashes a series of strikes on Joe until Joe catches Lee with a knee-breaker. Joe then grounds Lee and targets his leg for the next few minutes. Joe with a big boot, but Lee comes right back and counters a senton with a  Suplexe. Joe trips Lee and locks in the Coquina Clutch. Lee fades and passes out and the referee has no choice but to call the match.

Winner: AND STILL  ROH World Television Champion; Samoa Joe

Joe takes the mic and calls himself the greatest ROH World Television Champion of all time. Joe then says that he is hungry so he vacates the TV title because he wants the AEW World Championship.


AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy is with HOOK. Cassidy tells  Moxley that he needs to beat him in order to be the champion that he knows he is.


The Gunns (Austin & Colten Gunn) with Juice Robinson) VS The Bollywood Boyz (Harv & Gurv Sihra)


The Gunns hit 3:10 to Yuma for the win in a squash match!

Winners: The Gunns

Colten Gunn says they are the generational talents, not MJF. Austin says MJF is an embarrassment as a champion. They mock his friendships and say all of MJF’s friends are fake and all he has left are the fans. Austin says the titles will go back to a real tag team at AEW Full Gear.


Samoa Joe is in the back and spots MJF. Joe sizes him up and stays silent. He walks away

Jon Moxley says that his feud with Cassidy is about the laws of nature, and he has to set the example for Wheeler Yuta similar to how Orange Cassidy has to set an example for HOOK. Moxley says Cassidy doesn’t deserve to get to AEW Full Gear, and Cassidy can bring anyone he wants. Yuta calls out HOOK.

Wardlow blames MJF. Wardlow says that he blames him because his potential was wasted. Wardlow says MJF’s days at the top are coming to an end real soon.


Julia Hart vs. Red Velvet


Julia Hart and Red Velvet are evenly matched to start things off until Velvet hits some body shots on Hart. Hart comes right back and throws Velvet in the corner, then grounds her to the mat. The women fight outside of the ring and Hart slams Velvet on the ramp. They make their way back int he ring and Hart Kicks Velvet hard and follows that up with a Moonsault for the win.

Winner: Julia Hart

After the match, Hart continues to attacks Velvet until Skye Blue comes out for the save. Out also comes Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale and we have a face off with all the women.


RJ City is in the back and he introduces Mariah May, who confirms she is in AEW for good. May says that Toni Storm inspired her to go to Japan, and now she’s here…..


Jay White’s World Title Shot On The Line: Jay White (with Bullet Club Gold) VS Mark Briscoe


After Briscoe controls White for a bit, White hits a Dragon Screw to bring Briscoe down hard. Briscoe comes back and hits a Death Valley Driver for a 2-count. He then follows that up with a Froggy Bow. Moments later, White slams Mark to the mat but Briscoe hits an exploder Suplex on White. Briscoe goes for a Jay Driller, but White counters and dumps Mark with a Suplex. White then hits a Brainbuster for a 2-count. White with a Blade Runner, but Briscoe counters and locks a Sleeper Suplex. White escapes and hits a Bladerunner for the win.

Winner: Jay White

MJF is out and he sneaks up behind Bullet Club Gold and attacks. MJF and White are alone but White escapes with the belt.  MJF grabs a microphone and tells him that playtime’s almost over and that White can’t run for much longer. MJF says White will have to kill him to beat him.

The lights go out. We are backstage and the Devil is back! The Devil’s henchmen attack The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn. Bowens gets tossed through a window and then The Devil appears on the screen. MJF runs to the back. to find The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn down. Samoa Joe walks up to MJF and laughs.
