Will Ospreay has taken to X to express his frustration over his new tattoo.

Ospreay got the tattoo to celebrate AEW’s All In event and his match against Chris Jericho in front of his fellow countrymen.

There is one slight problem.

The tattoo has the attendance as 81,035 but there is new data from Brent London Borough Council. Brent London Borough Council is the reigning authority for the London Borough of Brent which includes Wembley Stadium.

They made this statement:  “The actual numbers registered entering [Wembley] Stadium through the turnstiles was 72,265 – this is reflective of what attended on the night and not the total number of tickets sold or no-shows etc.”

The London Borough of Brent’s confirmation means that WWE’s WrestleMania 32 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas still holds the attendance record.

Ospreay vented on ‘X’ saying in a now deleted video:

“Bruv, you cannot make this f—–g s–t up. I am currently in Japan and I’ve had no f—–g sleep. I am tired and I wake up. This is the worst f—–g day of my life. Do you know how hard it was for me to get a tattoo? My Mum f——g hates them, bruv. They announced it to everyone! They announced it was 81,000 people. I’ve got this f——g thing on my arm now.”

Word is that Ospreay’s contract with NJPW expires in February 2024. It is not known if he will resign with NJPW or has plans to join another promotion.
