Despite all that was 2020, NJPW has come through it all stronger than ever. Wrestle Kingdom is their biggest event of the year taking place across two nights in the Tokyo Dome. To celebrate, Slam Wrestling has all of your predictions and prognostications.

On night one, I predicted Fale, Yano, Suzuki and Goto to move on to tonight. It would be hilarious for Yano to continue on with the title but then again Suzuki would give it all sorts of cred. Winner: Minoru Suzuki

Fale really won last year but shenanigans. This will be his time to get revenge. Winner: Bad Luck Fale.

NJPW has big things on the horizon for Master Wato who has slowly built up a decent following and fan reaction in Japan. I say El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru lose the titles and move on to heavyweight status to battle G.O.D. or singles action. Winners: One or Eight (Ryusuke Taguchi and Master Wato)

Suzuki-gun (El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru) will prevail as Wato would be better off on a singles run. Winners: Suzuki-gun (El Desperado and Yoshinobu Kanemaru)

Jeff Cobb is being portrayed as a beast these days. It would do Empire good and his status in NJPW as a monster for him to win here. Winner: Jeff Cobb

There needs to be a changing of the guard. Empire needs more gold. Winner: Jeff Cobb.

This could be the match of the night with these former friends ripping each other to pieces.  Winner: Evil

Hiromu Takahashi climbs back to the top where he belongs. Phantasmo can then chase him down. Winner: Hiromu Takahashi

Hiromu Takahashi will defeat Taiji Ishimori in a match that might steal the show. Hiromu needs to get back on top. Winner: Hiromu Takahashi.

Tetsuya Naito will do the impossible and beat Ibushi and White to secure his place as NJPW’s one to beat heading into 2021. Okada or Ospreay will be waiting to challenge him. Winner: Tetsuya Naito

I really have no idea. This is going to be really, really close. You either have Ibushi making up for losing the briefcase or Jay White gets the last laugh because he won the briefcase and the belt. Winner: Kota Ibushi.
