Canadian WWE host, sometime commentator and announcer Renee Young has confirmed she has contracted the COVID-19 virus.
Man. What a few days. My show gets cancelled and I get Covid. Wear your masks and wash your hands. Stay safe, everyone ❤️

Young’s husband, AWE Champion Jon Moxley, notified AEW management that he had come in contact with someone who had the virus prior to this week’s Dynamite broadcast. Moxley was immediately pulled from the show.
AEW President Tony Khan thanked Moxley for coming forward.
Jon Moxley can get slammed on a car, crawl through tacks & fall through the stage, but it’s every bit as cool that he came forward & told us he’d had secondhand exposure to COVID. We test everyone here at #AEWDynamite, but Jon protected everyone onsite like the great champ he is

Young’s WWE talk show Backstage was cancelled this week by Fox as well.
On Wednesday it was reported that three more WWE employees who were in attendance at the WWE’s Performance Center have also tested positive for COVID-19.
The WWE released this statement after the news became public: “WWE will continue COVID-19 testing of its talent, production crew and employees in advance of TV productions for the foreseeable future.”
