A jury has found Jonathan Fatu (Jimmy Uso) not guilty of DUI in Florida. The speeding ticket he received during the incident will remain though.

Deputy Jeremy Meeks of the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department testified that it was his opinion that Fatu was impaired when he was found driving on Interstate 10 at 100 miles per hour.

“Once he eventually started to get out of the vehicle, he appeared to have a hard time with the door handle and opening up the door. He was unable to get out of the vehicle and took a step or two and appeared to stumble, almost into the travel lane,” the officer testified.

Fatu never took but never refused or failed a sobriety test. He had asked that his lawyer accompany him during one.

In a separate incident in February Uso was arrested in Detroit for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice when according to police he challenged officers who were questioning his wife, WWE superstar Naomi, over driving erratically.

Uso has previously been arrested for DUI in 2011 and 2013.
