World Classic Professional Big Time Wrestling has posted an update on their official Facebook page claiming that Dillon Hines is no longer involved in the company or the wrestling industry.

“Dillon Hines has completely left the world of wrestling. He has gotten rid of his page, and all pages connected. Dillon has also purged through his phone contacts where he no longer has a contact for anyone in the world of wrestling, don’t fear he gave us his contacts prior. We wish him well in his future endeavors, and won’t expect him to ever be involved with pro wrestling again,” stated the promotion.

They claim that Dillon has decided to quit the business due to “bullying and abuse” he received.

“In fact it was these same things that caused him to end business dealings with the former employee in April and honestly didn’t want the employee and his wife in a vehicle or at dinner with him at a later event where the employee was only working for Bobby, Dillon had stated he didn’t want any financial gain for that event or any event connected to that talent,” continued the promotion.

The person referred to as an employee is Rob Van Dam. RVD has been very public about his dealings with the company and Dillion in particular and how he felt cheated by them. The statement had more to say about the RVD situation:

“Dillon had stated he didn’t want any financial gain for that event or any event connected to that talent. The employee even brought an entourage to an event in Philly raked up $800 in food and drink bills and left without paying, and Dillon was never informed about the bill until here recently. The employee always expected someone to pick up the check, even with making a very high amount per day.”

The future of the company was also discussed in the post:

“The facts of the matter are, and always will be, every talent we worked with, we paid. If we weren’t paying talents or screwing them over, why would they work for us constantly, even the guy claiming we never paid, he was paid 6 figures for two years straight, where he did our events, comic cons, wrestling cons, and so forth. Make it make sense, and I guess common sense is no longer that common. Bobby Fulton isn’t dead, and in him lives World Classic Professional Big Time Wrestling, it was a labor of his love for the world of professional wrestling. It might be a while but Bobby Fulton will return with something bigger and better than ever before, the talent booked for this event have all said they will work for him in the future.”

World Classic Professional Big Time Wrestling explained once again why they canceled their March event while also taking shots at their critics.

“We canceled it due to the lies, slander, defamation and misinformation that we kept receiving from a former employee, every talent booked on the event never pulled out due to these false accusations, and many were upset that the event was canceled due to this employee. The good thing is, we kept record of everything, as well as have an outpouring of messages from every talent, stating how professional we are, how well we treated them, and that everything we promised was indeed given. The former employee was paid a deposit for the first event we worked with him in April 2022, his timeline of events are totally incorrect as well, which we have proof of that as well. He was told unless he’d lower his rate, we could no longer work with him, he absolutely refused, stated he’s not to lose, it’s for the promoter to lose, and with that we parted ways after two years of keeping him employed almost monthly if not every other month, he’s upset he’s not receiving that amount of work anymore. In the end he not only slandered and defamed, but he lost respect from 40+ wrestlers due to him costing them a payday, and costed the fans a great event. One talent booked for the event even stated, that the former employee has always been about himself and only ever looked out for himself.”
