In the final night of Super Jr. Tag League all of the B Block teams were tied at four points each so the field was wide open. However, it was The United Empire team of Francesco Akira and TJP who came out on top winning the block and will now go on to face the TMDK team of Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita in the finals. The finals themselves will be held at NJPW Power Struggle this Monday. The winners of that match will face the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions at Wrestle Kingdom. Currently, Kushida and Knight are the champions.

Super Jr. Tag League: Night Nine Results
The Velocities (Paris De Silva and Jude London) vs Bullet Club (Taiji Ishimori and Robbie X) – B Block
Paris was dropped with a Magic Killer. Robbie and Taiji splashed him to pin him and eliminate The Velocities from the tournament.
Winners: Bullet Club (Taiji Ishimori and Robbie X)
The DKC and Ninja Mack vs United Empire (Francesco Akira and TJP) – B Block
DKC and Mack begin the match eliminated from the tournament. TJP is almost pinned by Mack’s Corkscrew Moonsault. Akira saves the day. TJP escapes Mack putting him up in an electric chair. Akira hits the stunner from the top rope for the Leaning Tower. Mack kicks out! As Akira and TJp go for their double running knee strikes DKC leaps in their way taking the bullet for Mack. Mack misses his big splash though. Akira gives him a Fireball knee smash in the back of the head. TJP gives him one too. Double Knee Strikes from Akira and TJP end things for Mack.

Kushida and Kevin Knight vs Yoh and Rocky Romero – B Block
Romero holds Knight’s leg from outside the ring so that Yoh can double stomp it from the second rope. Knight is injured for the rest of the match unable to put much weight on it. Yoh accidentally super kicks Romero in the head. Knight does leap off the top rope on one leg clotheslining both Yoh and Romero. Knight pins Romero with his splash off the top rope.
