Tetsuya Naito was out for revenge against Jake Lee on night three of the G1 Climax tournament. Lee has been shadowing Naito for months now.

As Naito took out his entrance attire Lee kicked it out of the ring. The crowd cheered for Naito which irritated Lee. Lee threw Naito to the floor after stomping a mudhole in him. Lee whipped Naito into the barricade but Naito grabbed the ring post spinning himself around back into the ring. When he laid down executing his “tranquilo” taunt.

Naito gave Lee a falling neck breaker and then began cranking down on his neck. Lee had to escape to the ropes.

Lee dead-lifted Naito in a choke slamming him down to the canvass. Lee threw Naito into a steel post. He slammed his head into a chair as well. Lee DDTed Naito on the rampway. Lee left Naito in a heap on the ramp as he did the tranquilo pose in the ring. Naito barely made it back into the ring in time.

In the end, Naito turned an attempted chokeslam into a Destino for the win.
