It was a battle of the heavyweights at Night Ten of World Tag League. Original Bullet Club member Bad Luck Fale and his partner Jack Bonza took on former Bullet Club members Hikuleo and El Phantansmo.

Bonza and ELP were the first to lock-up leaving the giants on the ring apron for the time being. Bonza could get a grip on ELP’s athleticism and wound up in a bow and arrow early on.

As the crowd cheered for ELP Bonza had something to say.

“You shut your god-damn mouths about ELP right now!” he bellowed.

ELP put the match on pause and encouraged the crowd to cheer even more.

ELP dodged an elbow drop and landed one of his own. He kicked out of Bonza’s crucifix moments later. ELP stomped on Bonza’s hands, walked the top rope, bounced from second to top rope and flipped Bonza with an arm drag. Fancy that.

ELP gave Bonza some chops in a corner. Hikuleo tagged in to give it a try but Bonza dodged out of the way. He tagged in Fale setting up a battle of the big men.

Hikuleo offered to shake Fale’s hand. Fale pie-faced him instead. The began trading forearm shots and punches. They then traded shoulder blocks but neither man would go down. Hikuleo kicked Fale in the stomach and tried to slam him but couldn’t as Bonza hit him with a shot block to one of his knees. Hikuleo went down for a two count. Bonza and Fale worked Hikuleo over in a corner.

Bonza targeted Hikuleo’s injured knee. Fale used Hikuleo as a surf board. Bonza whipped Hikuleo into his corner only for him to hit Fale and knock him off the apron. Hikuleo backdropped his way out of a Bonza piledriver. Hobbling and staggering he hot-tagged ELP. ELP atomic dropped him. He stood in front of Bonza mocking his pain. He atomic dropped him causing Bonza even more agony.

Bonza blocked a Sudden Death super kick hitting ELP with a spinning clothesline. ELP evaded a stalling suplex by DDTing Bonza. As ELP hoisted Bonza on his shoulders Hikuleo hit Fale with a running boot knocking him off the apron. Hikuleo gave Bonza a running kick in the head which started up ELP’s airplane spin and neckbreaker. Hikuleo covered for a two count.

Fale clobbered Hikuleo from behind. Fale splashed Hikuleo in a corner. He Samoan Dropped Hikuleo as Bonza flew off the top rope for an elbow smash. ELP dove in breaking the count and saving the match for his team. ELP battled both men until they dropped him with a double shoulder tackle. Hikuleo broke through their double clothesline knocking Bonza down. Hikuleo splashed Fale in a corner. He picked up a stunned Fale and slammed him to the canvass. ELP took out Fale on the floor, climbed onto Hikuleo’s shoulders for a Thunder Kiss ’86. Hikuleo pinned Bonza for the win.
