One professional wrestler is setting a massive goal for himself next year. The skate-boarding high-flier, Darby Allin, is going to attempt to climb Mount Everest.

“That’s been my whole MO since AEW started. That’s why it’s so important for me to meet up with guys like [Travis] Pastrana and make stuff happen. Do stuff that no wrestler’s ever done before.” Darby told TMZ Sports.

“The thing I’m going to be doing next year that no wrestler’s done before is climb Mount Everest. You heard it here first,” he announced.

Mount Everest Earth’s highest mountain above sea level and is located in the Himalayas, on the border of China and Nepal.

310 people have died on Everest and the first such attempt was in 1953.  There have been 11,346 summit ascents by 6,098 people.

Allin, a professional skateboarder, is also a natural born daredevil who has attempted many high profile stunts and posted them online.

Allin will face Sammy Guevara, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry and AEW World Champion MJF in Pillars Four-way match for the AEW World Championship at Double or Nothing on May 28th.
