Vince McMahon is officially back on the books as a full-time WWE employee.

According to an SEC filing McMahon and the WWE agreed to terms on March 29, 2023.

McMahon will serve as Executive Chairman for a term of two years and will be subject to automatic extension for additional one-year terms thereafter unless either the WWE or McMahon provides at least 180 days notice of non-renewal.

McMahon will receive an annual base salary of $1.2 million.

The WWE and McMahon have also come to an agreement when it comes to his name and persona. The WWE gave up all rights to McMahon’s image, biography and life story. McMahon also has the right to publish his life story across any medium.

The filing also revealed that Nick Khan got a raise from an annual base salary of $1.35 million to $1.5 million a year and that when the WWE’s aircraft is not in use for business purposes, the aircraft may be used for the personal travel of Vince McMahon and members of his immediate family and their invited guests.
