Rich Swann has been found guilty in his disorderly public intoxication and causing a disturbance case.

Swann pleaded no contest to the charges yesterday which means he isn’t admitting fault or liability.

He was fined approximately $500 and must serve six months probation.

The incident took place last June. Swann tried to enter a neighbor’s house claiming it was his own and then followed another neighbor to her front door.

TNA suspended Swann after being informed about the arrest.

Recently, Swann celebrated 60 days of sobriety.
