Greetings and salutations! This is the go-home show before TNA Genesis this Sunday and I think that the foundation of TNA will change since they announced the partnership with WWE. What does this mean? Who will appear? Well, right now we don’t know but it is exciting times. The announced card for the show is:

  • The Hardys vs. Sami Callihan and PCO
  • Leon Slater vs. Trent Seven
  • Laredo Kid vs. Jake Something
  • First Cla$$ vs. Eric Young and Steve Maclin
  • Joe Hendry and Nic Nemeth go face-to-face
  • We’ll hear from Josh Alexander

Trent Seven vs. Leon Slater

Frankie Kazarian joins the commentary booth for this. Seven hits a right hand and this time connects with the Birming-Hammer, but again only gets a count of two. Seven and Slater fight out to the floor, where Slater hits a big DDT on the ramp. Seven rolls off the ramp. Slater backs up and waits for him to get up. He charges at him and connects with a high spot off the ramp. Back in the ring, he leaps off the ropes with a 450 splash for the pinfall victory.

Winner: Leon Slater

After the match, Seven shows respect to Slater. Kazarian tries to attack Slater, but Slater turns is onto it and Kaz runs like the heel he is!

A video package airs for Joe Hendry, hyping up his match against Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship this weekend at TNA Genesis.

Ash By Elegance Speaks…

Ash and Heather by Elegance host a TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship celebration in the ring even before they win the belts this Sunday. Iceman gives them cardboard cutouts of themselves wearing the Knockouts Tag Titles.  Ash by Elegance tanks a ton of people as does Heather by Elegance. Spitfire comes out and the two teams have a war of words and eventually brawl.

Sami Callihan and PCO are backstage with Gia Miller. PCO puts his team over and Callihan says he has a PhD in monster so he’ll translate for PCO and says tonight two monsters go at it with one of the greatest tag teams in professional wrestling history, The Hardys. Callihan predicts chaos and violence for later….

First Cla$$ vs. Eric Young and Steve Maclin

Francis is in and Navarro is in to continue the attack on Maclin. Francis runs and hits Young with a cheap shot to knock him off the apron. Back in the ring, Maclin hits a big slam on Francis and gets the hot tag to Young. Navarro is in, but Young gets another hot tag. Sometime later, Maclin lands a dive to Francis at ringside. Young hits a flying elbow drop off the ropes to Navarro for the win

Winners: Eric Young & Steve Maclin

After the match, The System came out on the stage and had a staredown with Maclin and Young.

Rosemary and Masha Slamovich have a chat. . Rosemary promises that Slamovich is stepping into the ring with one of the most violent women in Knockout’s history this weekend at their Clockwork Orange Match….

Josh Alexander has some words…

Josh Alexander is out with Northern Armory. Alexander says he was supposed to have a match with Mike Santana at Genesis but Santana got injured last week and the match is off. Mike Santana comes out and says as long as there is air in his lungs, the match is still on. Santana challenges Alexander to an I Quit match. Alexander accepts and says if Santana is good enough to make him say he quits this weekend then he will be the bigger man and shake his hand. Mike Santana says after he beats Josh Alexander at Genesis he will be the new standard of TNA moving forward.

Laredo Kid vs. Jake Something

Something is in control and tosses Kid to the entrance ramp. Kid fights back, but Something comes right back with a Forearm. Kid with a DDT off a flip that gets a near fall. Something takes over the match and we see it all from there. Something sits right on Kid on the ropes, followed by a super Something bomb off the ropes for the win.

Winner: Jake Something

We see a great video package hyping Ace Austin for his X-Division match on Sunday….

The Hardys vs. PCO and Sami Callihan

Callihan takes control of the match and PCO comes in. PCO keeps control over Matt Hardy. Jeff eventually gets the hot-tag and clears house. Jeff with a Whisper in the Wind spot for a 2-count. Jeff then hits a Twist of Fate on Callihan, and Matt follows up with a Twist of Fate. Jeff climbs to the top-rope and hits a Swanton Bomb for the win.

Jordynne Grace has some words for Tessa Blanchard…

Jordynne Grace comes to the commentary table with her contract and says that Tessa hasn’t signed it yet. Grace says she’ll leave the contract there for her to sign and mocks her past behavior saying it wouldn’t be the first time she no shows a TNA show….

Hendry and Nemeth face off

Joe Hendry and Nic Nemeth are both out. Hendry says he and Nemeth have stood across each other so many times, but this weekend at Genesis he has to win. Hendry says they are going to start a new era in TNA this Sunday and it begins with him holding up the TNA World Championship. Nic Nemeth interjects and says he gets Hendry wants the title, but being a World Champion is an entirely different level and Hendry isn’t there. Nemeth plays the clip of JBL laying out Hendry at Bound For Glory and says they aren’t working together.

Ryan Nemeth comes out and calls Joe Hendry a snake. Ryan says Hendry doesn’t care about TNA or the title, and all he cares about is himself. Hendry and Ryan Nemeth get face to face and Nic superkicks Hendry.

But the show is not done as Tessa Blanchard shows up at the commentary table and signs the contract. Grace is out and attacks Blanchard and the two brawl to end the show.
