The TMDK team of Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita will be in the Super Jr. Tag League finals. The team finishes the block part of the tournament with eight points over Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney and Sho and Yoshinobu Kanemaru who finish with six points. Eagles and Fujita won 4 out of their 5 matches losing only to Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney. B Block is still undecided and wide open with every single team tied at four points each.

Super Jr. Tag League: Night Eight Results

Tiger Mask and Captain Suicida vs Ryusuke Taguchi and Dragon Dia – A Block

Tiger Mask gives Dia a double underhook suplex from the top rope. Suicida splashes Dia but Taguchi breaks up the pin. Tiger Mask dives through the ropes taking Taguchi out on the floor. Suicida package DDTs and make Dia submit to a modified standing bow and arrow.

Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita vs Sho and Yoshinobu Kanemaru – A Block

Eagles and Fujita storm the ring to start the match. Kanemaru kicks out of Fujita’s bridging suplex. Kanemaru shoves Fujita into an exposed turnbuckle. Sho tries to bring his wrench into the ring. That attracts the attention of the official. Fujita chops Kanemaru before he is able to spit his whiskey at him. Kanemaru spits it into the air. Kanemaru rams Fujita’s shoulder into the exposed buckle. Fujita kicks out of a DDT. Kanemaru misses Deep Impact. Eagles super kicks him and Sho in the head. Eagles elevates Sho so that Fujita can hit a stunner for a three count.

LIJ (Bushi and Hiromu Takahashi) vs Bullet Club War Dogs Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney – A Block

Hiromu is gored by both Drilla and Connors. Hiromu kicks out of a Hit and Run. Bushi pulls down Connors from the top rope. He leaps over Hiromu who is holding onto Drilla so they powerbomb him together. Hirou foils the No Chaser with a roll-up for the win.

Winners: LIJ (Bushi and Hiromu Takahashi)
