NWA Powerrr: Who is The Best Between Kerry Morton and Colby Corino?

On this NWA Powerrr, Colby Corino and Kerry Morton revive their feud to see who is the best wrestler.  Simply put, these men have issues, and it’ll be interesting to see how The Prince of Old School faces The Rizz God in the main event.

We’re coming to you from The PowerrrStation in Tampa, FL. Joe Galli, Tim Storm, and Danny Dealz have the call, and King Trevor the First and his Royal Court joins Kyle Davis for this decree..

“As your king, Trevor Murdoch the First, it is my job to take care of my people, and as the Royal Court has checked this land, we have realized there is an epidemic here. And as a…watch your tongue!

As a merciful king, I will take care of my people. So my first decree and this Royal Court’s order is: all women in this land shall be on some form of Ozempic or Zepbound and shall purchase a Gym Membership. So let it be written. So let it be done.

Now, for your enjoyment, this Royal Court, my Duke, Sir Michael Knox, and  Sir Tyler Franks, shall put on an exhibition for the ages, so I expect you to give them the round of applause that they deserve as they sacrifice for your enjoyment.

So let it be written. So let it be done.”

Noble words from a “benevolent” king.

Before we get to that, Kerry Morton has a few words for Colby Corino ahead of their match tonight.

With that, your First Match of the Night is…

The Royal Court (Sir Michael, Duke of Knox and Squire Tyler Franks) vs. Christiano Argento and The Man They Call Frank (with Brandon McCord)

King Trevor looks on the action from his throne, and he is pleased with this amusement.

At the start, Argento is in trouble until Franks tags in and bludgeons his way.  Once the Millenial Cesar tags back in, he has fun with Franks until Knox tags in, and even Dealz wonders who had the Holy Hand Grenade to handle this fight.

Argento is in Peril with the Royal Court, as fans chant “We want Frank!”

Hot tag to Frank and this Man is on Fire (apologies to Alicia Keys)

Blind tag by Argento, but he gets knocked out by a knee from Franks, and the Royal High/Low ends it

Your Winners via Pinfall:  The Royal Court

Argento is backstage and is unhappy with McCord about the services rendered, and McCord says he will be in the ring next week to make good

Davis is now in the ring with Daisy Kill and Big Cuzzo, and they’re here for a good time (GOOD TIME). As he addresses Daisy’s Dirtbags, he wants to give Charlie Adams a good time on his birthday.

So your next match is…

Daisy Kill (w/ Big Cuzzo) vs. Charlie Adams (w/ Eric Smalls)

Adams dropkicks him out of the ring. The Rockstar gathers his hair and then goes on the attack, to a degree.

He outmaneuvers Kill until he drags Adams out and hurts him, including ramming his leg against the post.  A bulldog by Kill, and he only gets a two count.

One swide kick to the chin ensures Kill wins and has a good time (GOOD TIME!)

Your Winner via Pinfall:  Daisy Kill

Now for tag team action between…

Blunt Force Trauma (Carnage and Damage) vs. Jack n’ Eddie (Jack Bálor and Eddie Grayson)

Eddie starts against Carnage, and the youngster gets the upper hand.  Jack n Eddie use their tag team chemistry to their advantage against the masked man.

BFT gain the upper hand on Valor until he lands a DDT on Carnage.  A hot tag to Eddie, and he valiantly fights BFT.

He and Jack attempt a double team, but Damage pulls Grayson out, and Carnage hits a dropkick for the pin and the win.

Your Winners via Pinfall:  Blunt Force Trauma

After the match, the Slimeballz attack BFT with “Slimesticks” ( essentially kendo sticks, but you get the idea)

Sage Chantz and Tommy Rant deliver a message to Blunt Force Trauma afterward, making it clear they’re Aron Stevens’ favorites these days, not them.  They want to take them to Slimeball City, which is never pretty.

Not sure that’s the flex I would use, but we’ll go along with it.

Now for the Main Event, and it’s…

Kerry Morton (w/ Julie Cutler) vs. Colby Corino

They lock up, and Corino is more aggressive when attacking Morton.  A whip to the ropes, but Morton lands on his feet with a Fargo strut until he gets kicked in the mush

Morton sends him outside and sends The Prince of Old School to the steel steps.  Back in the ring, Morton goes for a top-rope move but pulls up to an elbow drop that misses.  Corino attempts a SonSetter but hits the mat, and Morton lands the elbow to the chest.

The CliMaxx is in control, and rips off the top turnbuckle and then…

We come back, and Morton gets underhanded, giving a couple of knees before nailing a suplex.  Corino reverses a package piledriver to a package neckbreaker.  They go all out, and Corino lands a DVD to a Sonsetter for two, then attempts a Blue Thunder Bomb for a near fall.  Morton tosses Corino to 5the exposes turnbuckle and hits the Kiss It Goodbye to his spine that sends him headfirst to the exposed steel and covers for one, two, and three.

Your Winner via Pinfall: Kerry Morton

He gets the mic and tells Corino to admit he’s the best wrestler in the world, and that his family is better than his. He does so, but then he pushes it too far, and he chases Morton out of the ring as the show comes to a close.
