MJF may have to risk losing his hair if he wants another shot at the AEW World Championship.
During Wednesday night’s edition of AEW Dynamite, current champion Darby Allin laid out the condition for granting MJF a rematch following Allin’s successful title defence against Kevin Knight.
MJF interrupted after the match and repeatedly attempted to negotiate a stipulation that would convince Allin to give him another opportunity at the championship. He first offered to put up his trademark scarf, then his Dynamite Diamond Ring, and eventually even offered $1 million.
Allin rejected every proposal before revealing he wanted something the six-time Dynamite Diamond Ring winner valued more than anything else: his hair.
Allin referenced MJF reportedly travelling to Turkey for hair treatment procedures and told him he would need to put his hair on the line in order to secure the title match. Allin then announced a contract signing for next week and gave him one week to respond to the challenge.
MJF appeared visibly shaken by the proposal before leaving the ring without answering.
