“Mr. USA” Tony Atlas is adding another accomplishment to his list.
The Cauliflower Alley Club has announced that Atlas is the first recipient of the CAC Legends Legacy Award at CAC 60.
“Before he ever stepped into a wrestling ring, Tony Atlas had already built a name as a powerhouse in bodybuilding, earning the title Mr. USA and bringing a look, strength, and presence that made him impossible to ignore. Inside the ring, Atlas became one of the most recognizable and physically impressive stars of his era. A former WWF Tag Team Champion alongside Rocky Johnson, Atlas made history as part of one of the most important teams of the early 1980s and later earned his place in the WWE Hall of Fame. From the territories to the national stage, Tony Atlas brought power and personality, and a one-of-a-kind energy that helped inspire generations of wrestlers and fans,” wrote the CAC.
The CAC Legends Legacy Award honors those rare figures whose influence extends beyond championships and accolades. It recognizes a career, a presence and a legacy that will be remembered for generations to come.
CAC 60 takes place from August 24–26 at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
