Kimber Lee (Kimberly Frankele) has pleaded no contest (Nolo Contendre) to charges of DUI, Resisting an Office with Violence and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. Nolo Contendre means the defendant accepts conviction but does not admit guilt.

The Highlands County Court in Florida sentenced her to a year of probation/community control on the DUI charge and two years’ probation/community control (to be served concurrently) on the other charges.

Community Control means that Lee will not be jailed, will live at home and be able to travel for specific reasons like work or school. Any other travel must be approved by a court. She will have to complete 75 hours of community service. She has to wear an ankle monitor, her driver’s license was suspended for six months and will undergo substance abuse treatment as well as DUI classes.

In his report officer P.J. Roberts stated that Lee was uncooperative during a traffic stop, tried to leave the scene several times and he suspected her of being under the influence. When Roberts tried to arrest her, he states she hit him in the chest, kicked him in the chest and the face, causing injury to the officer’s mouth.

“At one point, the subject grabbed the cell phone and after I removed it from her hands and after I removed it from her hands, again I tried to place the restraints on her, and she hit my left hand twice hard enough to break my skin a (sic) bleed from it,” he wrote.

Roberts reported that Lee  gave a sample of .140 at 10:22 PM, five hours after the initial traffic stop. The legal limit in the State of Florida would .08.

Lee has worked for WWE, Stardom and Impact Wrestling. In early May of 2023, Lee retired from wrestling.

“At times, wrestling was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I have been to places and I have gotten to see things that I would never have dreamed of in my lifetime. But, at the same time, there comes a point in everyone’s life where things just cannot continue in the same fashion that they have because circumstances and goals evolve and change,” she wrote at the time.
