A special post-AEW Dynamite edition of AEW Collision aired immediately afterwards on TBS, delivering a hard-hitting final build toward AEW Double or Nothing. The night featured a physical main event-level showdown between Will Ospreay and Katsuyori Shibata, dominant victories from RUSH and Divine Dominion, plus a chaotic AEW World Tag Team Championship match involving FTR and The Conglomeration.
Will Ospreay vs. Katsuyori Shibata
The show opened with Ospreay heading to the ring for a dream match against Shibata. The two immediately turned the contest into a gritty technical battle filled with submissions, brutal strikes and dangerous suplexes on the floor and apron. Shibata repeatedly targeted Ospreay’s neck and spine while Ospreay answered with high-impact offence, including a Falcon Arrow, flying lariat and Styles Clash.
Late in the match, distractions at ringside changed the momentum. Max Caster appeared and briefly distracted Ospreay before Marina Shafir and Claudio Castagnoli escorted him away. Shibata capitalised with a hidden strike and a cross armbreaker before Ospreay escaped with a powerbomb. Ospreay eventually survived the war by connecting with a Hidden Blade before scoring the pinfall victory with a high stack roll-up.
Winner: Will Ospreay
Following the match, Samoa Joe confronted Ospreay with a warning ahead of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Joe told Ospreay he would “put him to sleep,” while Ospreay responded with an emotional promo about overcoming career-threatening injuries and carrying the hopes of an entire country on his back heading toward Wembley Stadium.
RUSH vs. TJ Crawford
Next, RUSH made quick work of TJ Crawford in a complete squash match. Crawford attempted a respectful handshake before the bell, but RUSH immediately turned aggressive, unloading with forearms, corner strikes and a devastating double stomp before finishing the match in dominant fashion after delivering the Bull’s Horns.
Winner: RUSH
AEW Women’s World Tag Team Title Five Minute Challenge Eliminator Match: Divine Dominion vs. Elle Valentine & Kayla Lopez
The women’s division was then showcased in an AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Five Minute Challenge Eliminator Match as Divine Dominion’s Megan Bayne and Lena Kross destroyed Elle Valentine and Kayla Lopez in under three minutes. Bayne and Kross overwhelmed their opponents with repeated power offence, including stereo delayed vertical suplexes and a double chokeslam finish.
Winners: Divine Dominion
AEW World Tag Team Title Match: FTR (c) vs. The Conglomeration
The main event saw FTR defend the AEW World Tag Team Championships against Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong of The Conglomeration. Stokely accompanied the champions to ringside and ultimately played a major role in the outcome.
The match immediately descended into chaos as FTR attacked before the opening bell. Cassidy and Strong fought back aggressively, with Cassidy nearly ending the match early after attempting an Orange Punch. Throughout the bout, the challengers repeatedly came close to capturing the titles, particularly after Cassidy delivered multiple near falls following DDTs, Stundog Millionaires and suicide dives.
Strong also enjoyed several momentum swings, hitting suplexes, lariats and backbreakers while neutralising both Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood during lengthy sequences. The match continued to escalate, with constant referee distractions, double teams, and repeated near-falls that had the crowd fully invested.
The finish came after another chaotic exchange involving Stokely. Cassidy briefly turned the tables by accidentally causing Dax Harwood to strike Stokely. However, moments later, Stokely recovered and smashed Cassidy in the face with a watch while the referee was distracted. Harwood immediately capitalised and rolled Cassidy up for the victory to retain the championships.
Winners: FTR
The victory allowed FTR to head into Double or Nothing still holding the AEW World Tag Team Championships after surviving one of their toughest title defences in recent months.
