Things aren’t looking good for TNA.
Last week’s episode of TNA Impact recorded the lowest viewership since the show launched on AMC in January, according to Programming Insider.
The show pulled in 164,000 overnight viewers and 0.02 in the key demos. That is a massive drop of 21.53% in viewers and 33% in the key demos in just one week’s time. Impact tied for 98th on the cable charts and was competing against NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, NBA playoff coverage and MLB games.
Based on the overall ratings, it appears that the move to AMC did give TNA an initial audience bump but that growth has now faded away to just a small casual audience over time.
Last week, TNA was beaten by NWA in the ratings. NWA announced that Powerrr’s May 2nd debut on Comet TV brought in 275,000 overnight viewers. Although not officially announced, with that many viewers Powerrr’s key demos are estimated to be in the 0.02 – 0.04 range. Last week, TNA brought in 209,000 overnight viewers to AMC with 0.03 in the key demos.
TNA’s ticket sales for their last two events compared to last year have done better though.
Sacrifice had a 67% increase from 800 to 1,341. Rebellion had a 116% increase from 1,200 to 2,600.
According to WrestleTix, 1,063 tickets have been sold for Slammiversary. The event takes place on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at the Agganis Arena at Boston University. Slammiversary will be on the same day as AEW’s Forbidden Door and was moved to the afternoon to avoid any crossover. The Agganis Arena can hold 7,500–8,000 people.
