CM Punk appears to have been in second altercation with a fan during WrestleMania weekend.
In an incident separate from the fan who had his phone knocked out of his hand, another fan made a call to 911, TMZ reports.
Speaking in Spanish, the caller communicated with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department through an interpreter.
Caller: I want to file a report.
Operator: Okay, what is the address?
Caller: Here at the MGM motel in Las Vegas.
Operator: And what happened?
Caller: What happened was that I was here in the lobby waiting for the WWE superstars. Then, I approached the superstar to ask for a photo, please, but without any bad intentions, not even touching him and well, when I reach the person, the wrestler CM Punk, he attacks me violently and pushes me with both hands against my chest.
Operator: How long ago did this happen?
Caller: 12:31 AM in the morning.
Operator: Okay. And was it a WWE employee that pushed you?
Caller: No, the star himself, CM Punk.
Operator: Okay. And do you need medical attention?
Caller: Not right now, thank you.
Operator: And the person that pushed you, what is his name?
Caller: Well, I only know him as the wrestler CM Punk. I do not know his legal name.
He then tells the operator that “his face was red and his eyes were full of anger.”
The operator obtains a description and sends a unit to investigate the incident.
According to police, they spoke to the parties involved and Punk was allowed to leave.
During WrestleMania weekend several WWE talent complained about the lack of security at the hotel putting them and their families in danger.
