WWE has found a replacement for the September date originally reserved for Money in the Bank.
During this week’s episode of Raw, WWE announced that a special Sunday edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will take place on September 6 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. The event replaces Money in the Bank on WWE’s calendar after the company recently confirmed that the premium live event has been moved from September to October 10. Despite the date change, Money in the Bank will still be held at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
The September 6 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will take place over Labor Day weekend and marks WWE’s return to State Farm Arena, which previously hosted a Saturday Night’s Main Event special in July 2025. That event was headlined by Goldberg’s retirement match.
Tickets for the Atlanta show will go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10 a.m. ET. The event will stream live on Peacock in the United States, continuing the format used for previous Saturday Night’s Main Event specials.
WWE Will Host Another Saturday Night’s Main Event In MSG On July 18
Before then, WWE will present another edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event from Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 18.
The announcement means the company’s upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event schedule now includes events from Madison Square Garden on July 18 and Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on September 6, while Money in the Bank shifts to October as one of the company’s major autumn premium live events.
