It was reported on an episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE SmackDown is set to return to a two-hour format on the July 3 episode, making the June 26 episode, which will serve as the go-home show for Night of Champions, the last three-hour edition for now. The June 26 episode will be taped on June 23 at The O2 in London, England, and the July 3 episode will be taped alongside the live broadcast of Raw on June 29 at the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

WWE Performance Center coach Terry Taylor is reportedly set to undergo knee surgery in the coming weeks. According to PWInsider, the procedure will prevent the 70-year-old from attending The Gathering convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, this July. Taylor has worked as a coach at WWE’s Performance Center since 2012 and enjoyed a lengthy wrestling career in the WWF, WCW, and numerous independent promotions. The surgery adds to a history of health issues, including multiple neck procedures he underwent in 2004 and 2006.
It has been speculated that former WWE NXT Women’s and Women’s North American Champion Tatum Paxley is set to receive a main roster call-up soon after she dropped the NXT Women’s North American Title to Zaria on Tuesday’s episode of NXT.
