Anthem Sports & Entertainment is reportedly seeking between $30 million and $50 million for TNA Wrestling, a significant increase from the roughly $10 million offer led by Scott D’Amore that was rejected in 2024. According to sports journalist Blake Avignon, the higher valuation is largely tied to TNA’s new television deal with AMC, which includes guaranteed revenue and future option years. However, the deal also contains a right-of-first-refusal clause that could affect any potential sale. While no deal is currently imminent, the reported asking price comes amid recent workforce reductions and claims that TNA has become profitable under Anthem’s ownership.
