Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson remained one of TKO’s highest-profile figures in 2025, earning substantial royalties despite limited attendance at board meetings.
According to TKO Group Holdings’ annual proxy report, The Rock was the only board member who did not attend at least 75 per cent of meetings during the year, missing several due to outside commitments.
Despite that, Johnson earned approximately $900,000 in royalties through his long-term agreement with the company, which began when he joined the board in January 2024. The deal, which could run for up to a decade, reflects the value TKO places on his global profile and influence.
Johnson also received around $600,000 in travel-related payments tied to his WWE appearances under the “Johnson Services Agreement.” These included appearances across WWE Raw, WWE NXT and major events such as Elimination Chamber.
Although his WWE appearances in 2025 were limited, they generated significant attention, with appearances on Raw, NXT, SmackDown and at premium live events contributing to ongoing brand visibility.
The Rock’s TKO Stock Investments Revealed In Report
The report also confirmed that The Rock is now fully vested in approximately $30 million worth of company stock, further underlining his financial stake in TKO. In addition, his production company, Seven Bucks Productions, worked with TKO on a potential non-scripted project during the year, earning under $120,000.
While Johnson’s boardroom presence may have been limited, his overall contribution to the company, both financially and through media exposure, remains significant.
