Nick Khan has signed a new contract extension that will keep him with WWE through the end of 2030.
The deal was revealed as part of TKO Group Holdings’ quarterly financial filings with the SEC on Wednesday, in which the company included the full details of Nick Khan’s new agreement.
Under the terms of the contract, Khan will continue earning a base salary of $2 million annually through the end of 2026. Beginning in January 2027, that figure will rise to $3 million per year for the remainder of the deal.
The agreement also includes significant bonus incentives. Khan is eligible for annual bonuses worth 150 per cent of his base salary in 2026, increasing to 200 per cent of his salary from 2027 through 2030. In addition, he received an $11 million restricted stock award that will vest over four years, along with a one-time $5 million performance incentive bonus.

Khan joined WWE in August 2020 after leaving talent agency CAA, initially serving as WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer under Vince McMahon. Since then, he has become one of the company’s key executives during WWE’s merger into TKO Group Holdings alongside UFC.
