As Northern Rising draws closer, this week’s show starts off with a bang. It is Freddy versus Jason or Godzilla versus King Kong all over again. Well, if they were on the same team that is. It is Shotzi Blackheart and PCO, together!
Shotzi Blackheart and PCO versus Chris Chambers and Taylor Rising
Chambers tries to throw hands against PCO but he is no match for the French Canadian Frankenstein. PCO catches Chambers off the ropes and just slams him down with a backdrop powerbomb. PCO shoulder tackles Chambers off the ring apron.
Chambers sucks! Chambers sucks!
PCO attempts to dive out onto the floor but Rising steps in his way. Blackheart clotheslines Rising over the top rope to the floor. PCO slams Chambers and then slams Blackheart onto Chambers. Blackheart splashes both Chambers and Rising on the floor. Blackheart holds Chambers in place. PCO splashes him…but rams his own head into the arena floor.
When we return to the action Rising has Blackheart in a leg scissors while PCO is nowhere to be seen. Rising gets a two count with a big Bossman-like slam. Blackheart returns fire with a neckbreaker.
Shotzi’s going to kill you! Shotzi’s going to kill you!
Chambers is tagged in and Blackheart clotheslines him over and over. Blackheart suplexes Chambers into a corner and then crushes him with a running senton. Blackheart charges and Chambers moves. Blackheart crashes into a corner. Rising chops and punches Blackheart in a corner. Blackheart punches Chambers off the apron. Blackheart puts Rising in a head scissors over the top rope, in a tarantula-like move. She Superplexes Rising and pins her with diving senton off the top rope.
Winners: Shotzi Blackheart and PCO
After the match, Dan Maff attacks Blackheart slamming to the canvass with a Burning Hammer. He has issues with PCO, apparently.

Rudra versus D-Man Parker
I wonder who is going to win this one? “D-Man”? What’s the “D” for?
As the promo segments have alluded to, Rudra has undergone a transformation. He is quite savage looking and not Bhupinder Gujjar anymore. He is Rudra. Rudra is a Rigvedic deity associated with Shiva, The Destroyer, He is the “wind or storms, medicine and wildlife known as ‘the roarer’, “mightiest of the mighty’, ‘the most severe roarer/howler’ or ‘the most frightening one’. Take your pick.
Rudra beats Parker with a leaping knee and a flying clothesline from the second rope.
Winner: Rudra
Dan Maff yells at the camera backstage. If PCO thought their feud was over he is mistaken.
“What doesn’t kill Danny Maff pisses him off!” he shouts as we see PCO lurking in the background. Some great camera work that.
PCO attacks from behind and they start brawling.
Two dudes are playing snap on a table in an abandoned building. It is Judas Icarus and Travis Williams. Judas is shown battling some unknown grapplers in a gym or empty arena. The Saint is referred to as a “snake”, you cannot trust him.
Psycho Mike versus Steve Maclin
Maclin blindsides Mike as he makes his entrance. He throws him into the steel ring steps. The bell hasn’t rung. The official tries to stop Maclin. Maclin beats on Mike in a corner. The official calls for the bell without checking with Mike first. Hmmmm.
Mike attempts to get back into the match which seems to be over before it started but Maclin just drops him. Mike gains some momentum with a splash in a corner but Maclin just reverses things. Mike is ready to set up Maclin for his big slam…but PCO and Maff entering the arena still brawling. They destroy some security peeps. Mike is caught sleeping while watching the action. Maclin hits the KIA DDT.
Winner: Steve Maclin
Maclin addresses the crowd after the match. Maclin says he has heard the best wrestlers come from Canada. He wonders why they all end up in America though.
“Why did all your heroes leave Canada and come back to America? Canada does produce professional wrestlers but America produces legends,” says Maclin.
Nikki Storm (Nikki Cross) and Priscilla Kelly (Gigi Dolin) talk about being excited to be in tonight’s main event.
“Ravenous” Rohan Raja talks about losing the Champion’s Grail. He details his journey to Mexico and finding something to believe in there.
MLP Canadian Women’s Champion Gisele Shaw versus Dani Luna versus Nikki Storm versus Priscilla Kelly
The winner can choose their opponent at Northern Rising. Storm is excited to be back. Shaw super kicks her in the face to start the match. Too much action to call with all four women tearing it up. All four women are knocked out. Storm climbs to the top rope. Luna catches her. Luna knocks her off the top rope. Shaw spears Luna. Kelly almost rolls Shaw up. German Suplex and a sliding clothesline from Kelly. She attempts to pin Shaw. Storm has the official’s attention though. Storm breaks up the pin, throws Kelly into a steel post and pins Shaw.
Winner: Nikki Storm
As Storm takes her bows, the announcers wonder if she will now challenge Shaw for the title at Northern Rising. Well, duh.
