John Cena has reacted to a new arrival on WWE NXT following a chaotic episode filled with debuts.
The moment came as Will Kroos made a surprise appearance during a segment involving NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo and EVIL. Kroos ambushed D’Angelo before standing out with a moonsault after the champion had been suplexed by Tavion Heights.
John Cena later took to social media to respond to the debut, referencing Kroos’ well-known chant from the independent scene. “HE’S BIG… HE’S BAD… HE’LL BODYSLAM YOUR DAD!!!” he wrote.
The April 28 episode of NXT also featured additional debuts, including appearances from EVIL and Lizzy Rain, adding to a busy night for new arrivals on the brand.
Kroos, 29, has been active since 2017 and built his reputation on the British independent scene, competing for promotions such as Progress Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling, where he previously held the Progress Atlas Championship.
He has also competed internationally, including for Pro Wrestling NOAH in both the UK and Japan. His most recent match took place on April 12, when he challenged for the RevPro Undisputed British Heavyweight Title.
