A former WWE world champion has been quietly removed from upcoming WWE Raw promotional material.
Stephanie Vaquer may be facing a longer absence from WWE television than originally expected. The former Women’s World Champion has quietly been removed from promotional material for an upcoming episode of Raw, further fuelling speculation that her return is not imminent.
WWE recently released advertising graphics for the June 8 edition of Raw, and Vaquer was notably absent despite previously being featured prominently in the brand’s marketing.
Vaquer has been off television since April after being written out of storylines following an on-screen backstage attack by The Judgment Day. Shortly afterwards, Michael Cole announced on commentary that Vaquer had suffered a second-degree AC sprain in her left shoulder.
The injury angle came just weeks after Vaquer lost the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42, ending a 210-day reign with the title. Vaquer later appeared on Raw after WrestleMania to confront Morgan, seemingly teasing a rematch, before WWE quickly removed her from television.
When Will Stephanie Vaquer Return To WWE?
While there is still no official timetable for Vaquer’s return, there is reportedly optimism within WWE that “La Primera” could be back around SummerSlam season later this year.
