A backstage attack on Stephanie Vaquer on WWE Raw has taken a more serious turn than what fans first expected.
It has been reported that Stephanie Vaquer is suffering from a legitimate shoulder injury following the segment on the April 27 episode of WWE Raw, with Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer confirming the issue is real rather than storyline-driven.
Vaquer was written out of the show after being ambushed backstage by Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez, with Perez driving an equipment box into her shoulder. On commentary, Michael Cole stated that Vaquer had suffered a second-degree AC sprain and would be sidelined.
Alvarez later backed that up, noting the injury is legitimate and likely the same sprain referenced during the broadcast. However, it remains unclear exactly when the damage occurred, with no confirmation on whether it happened during the attack itself or earlier.
When Did Stephanie Vaquer Last Compete In WWE?
Stephanie Vaquer’s last match came at WrestleMania 42 Night One, where she lost the Women’s World Championship to Liv Morgan. The injury now removes her from a title picture she had been central to heading into the post-WrestleMania period.
