Dominik Mysterio‘s recent absence from WWE television has raised questions about his future with The Judgment Day, particularly after he was omitted from a scheduled appearance involving several members of the faction.
Dominik Mysterio has not appeared on WWE programming since the October 5 episode of Raw, where he teamed with JD McDonagh to defeat Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. His absence follows his defeat to El Grande Americano at AAA TripleMania 34 on September 13, where he lost the AAA Mega Championship.
Although Mysterio has remained off WWE television in recent weeks, several of his Judgment Day stablemates are expected to attend an upcoming NFL game. The Houston Texans will host the New York Giants on October 25, with JD McDonagh, Roxanne Perez, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan reportedly among the WWE stars scheduled to attend.
However, Mysterio is not included in the group, prompting speculation that changes could be coming to The Judgment Day. Mysterio was also absent from WWE’s recent live event in Hawaii, further raising questions about his current status.
Despite the speculation, no one has confirmed that Mysterio is leaving The Judgment Day or that WWE plans to remove him from the faction.
Dominik Mysterio Set For AAA Mega Championship Rematch
While Dominik Mysterio’s absence from WWE television continues, he is scheduled to return to the ring this weekend for a championship match in Mexico. The former AAA Mega Champion will challenge El Grande Americano at AAA Heroes Inmortales on Saturday, October 24, in Mexico City.
The contest will be a rematch of their encounter at TripleMania 34, where El Grande Americano defeated Mysterio to capture the championship. Mysterio will now have an opportunity to regain the title just over a month after losing it.
His scheduled appearance also confirms that he remains active in the ring despite his recent absence from WWE programming. However, the match offers no further indication of his standing within The Judgment Day.
With McDonagh, Perez, Rodriguez, and Morgan continuing to appear together, Mysterio’s omission from the upcoming NFL event has drawn attention. For now, there has been no official announcement concerning a change in Mysterio’s WWE status or his relationship with The Judgment Day.
