The results for last night’s episode of WWE Raw are in.
Last night’s WWE Raw took place from the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 5, with Roman Reigns and LA Knight coming face-to-face ahead of their World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank. The show also ended with a major change to Saturday’s Women’s World Championship match.
Reigns and Knight opened the show with a heated exchange. Knight vowed to dethrone the World Heavyweight Champion, while Reigns accused his challenger of taking the low road by attacking him following his successful title defence against Penta in Mexico.
In the opening match, Penta and Je’Von Evans defeated World Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker and Austin Theory in a non-title contest. Logan Paul attempted to pass brass knuckles to Theory while Maxxine Dupri distracted the referee, but Evans intercepted them and used the weapon himself before pinning Theory.
Bronson Reed attacked the winners afterwards, prompting Oba Femi to make the save. Femi fought off Reed and Breakker before promising to deal with Reed at Money in the Bank.
Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez picked up a victory over Sol Ruca and Lola Vice after miscommunication between their opponents. Vice accidentally caught Ruca with a spinning backfist, allowing Perez to roll up Vice for the victory.
Roman later confronted The Usos over their problems with 946. Adam Pearce subsequently announced a match between The Bloodline and 946 for next week, with Solo Sikoa revealed as Jimmy and Jey Uso’s partner.
AAA World Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix defeated Ethan Page in a non-title match. After a competitive encounter, Fenix countered Page’s attempted fisherman’s suplex into a small package to score the pinfall.
Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh also defeated Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee following interference from Big Cass. Cass pulled Lee from the apron as Rey attempted to make a tag, allowing McDonagh to capitalise and pin the WWE Hall of Famer. Cass then attacked both Rey and Lee after the match.
Elsewhere, Bayley confronted Lyra Valkyria backstage and told her their rivalry would only end when she decided it was over. Jaida Parker also delivered another warning from 946, while Paul Heyman warned Bronson Reed about the challenge posed by Oba Femi.
The main event between Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan was intended to determine Stephanie Vaquer’s challenger for the Women’s World Championship at Money in the Bank.
Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez repeatedly tried to help Morgan, which drew Vaquer into the fray. After Lynch accidentally struck Vaquer during the chaos, the champion entered the ring and attacked both competitors, resulting in a no contest.
Vaquer then demanded to face both women on Saturday, and Pearce made a Triple Threat match between Vaquer, Lynch, and Morgan for the Women’s World Championship official for Money in the Bank.
