The Cauliflower Alley Club will be honouring the ‘best there is, the best there was and the best there will ever be’: Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart.
The Club has announced that Hart will be awarded the 2026 Lou Thesz Award in August at their 60th annual reunion.
The Lou Thesz Award honors “individuals in professional wrestling who are recognized for their exceptional technical ability, integrity, sportsmanship, and overall contributions to the sport”.
Hart’s niece and current WWE superstar Natalya will be the one bestowing the award upon Hart. Natalya won last year’s Lou Thesz Award.
“Few names in professional wrestling carry the respect, legacy, and excellence of Bret Hart. A world champion, a master of his craft, and one of the most influential performers of all time, Bret’s career represents everything the Lou Thesz Award stands for,” wrote the Club.

CAC 60 takes place on August 24–26, 2026, at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
