Brooke Hogan has made a series of explosive allegations regarding the aftermath of her father Hulk Hogan’s death, including claims surrounding his autopsy, estate and the handling of his legacy.
Appearing on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show alongside attorney Jay, Brooke Hogan questioned why changes were allegedly still being made to Hulk Hogan’s autopsy nearly a year after his death.
“Why are we making changes to an autopsy after the guy’s been dead for ten, eleven months? Brooke said.”
Hogan, born Terry Bollea, died in July 2025 at the age of 71, with his death officially ruled as natural causes.
Brooke claimed she has been unable to obtain the autopsy records and expressed concern over the circumstances surrounding who signed the death certificate and the use of a private doctor rather than hospital staff. The attorney accompanying her described the situation as highly unusual based on his experience handling medical malpractice cases.
“I’ve done medical malpractice for 30 years. I’ve never heard of a situation like that one. I’ve never heard of a situation where the doctor whose patient died came in and did the time of death. The doctor whose patient died came in and did the autopsy. I’ve never in my entire life heard of that. And I’ve reviewed thousands and thousands. The attorney said.”
Brooke Hogan Also Expressed Frustrations Over The Handling Of Hulk Hogan’s Estate
The interview also touched on Brooke Hogan’s frustrations regarding Hulk Hogan’s estate. She claimed she voluntarily stepped aside as co-executor in favour of her brother Nick Hogan after believing she would still be taken care of, but now says she has been excluded from much of her father’s memorabilia and estate holdings.
“My dad had me right in that position as head honcho, right next to Terry McCoy. And Nick was not on anything. And I made a promise to my dad. I said, of course, Dad, I will dole out everything equally between me and Nick… I texted Nick and said, Nick, I’m putting you in the position I was in… I hope you’ll do the right thing. And he’s like, “Don’t worry, Brooke, I’ll take care of you.” The whole song and dance. And he just kind of disappeared.”
Brooke additionally criticised the recent Netflix documentary on Hogan, calling it more of a “showpiece” than a deep look into his life and controversies. She argued that the project focused heavily on public perception while avoiding many of the personal struggles and scandals associated with her father’s legacy.
