Brock Lesnar made his WWE return on last night’s episode of Raw and confirmed a huge match at SummerSlam.
Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi will settle their rivalry inside Hell in a Cell at SummerSlam after the blockbuster stipulation was made official on Raw. Fresh off winning the 2026 King of the Ring tournament by defeating Jey Uso at Night of Champions, Femi came to the ring to announce who he intended to challenge at SummerSlam. Before he could reveal his decision, Lesnar interrupted alongside Paul Heyman.
Lesnar claimed he might not watch WWE programming, but had heard from Heyman everything Femi had been saying about him. The confrontation quickly turned physical when Lesnar struck Femi with a low blow before planting him with an F5.
As Lesnar headed back up the entrance ramp, Femi recovered and grabbed a microphone to call him back. Femi branded Lesnar a “b****” to his face before challenging him to a match at SummerSlam.
Lesnar accepted the challenge, but only if the match took place inside Hell in a Cell. Femi agreed, making the bout official for WWE’s biggest event of the summer.
Adam Pearce Questioned If Oba Femi Wanted To Trade His Guaranteed World Title Match At SummerSlam For A Match With Brock Lesnar
Later in the show, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce questioned whether Oba Femi was certain about passing up the World Championship opportunity he earned by winning the King of the Ring tournament. Femi remained confident in his decision, insisting the championship would still be there when he was ready to pursue it.
The SummerSlam encounter will serve as the deciding chapter in the rivalry between Brock Lesnar and Femi. Femi defeated Lesnar at WrestleMania 42 Night Two before Lesnar evened the score with a victory at Clash in Italy the following month, leaving the series tied at one win apiece heading into Hell in a Cell.
