Tony Khan believes now is the perfect time for AEW to debut in France.
Ahead of All In London, All Elite Wrestling has announced another huge show in Europe with the debut of Grand Slam France. The event is set to take place in the Adidas Arena in Paris on Tuesday, October 6th. According to the Sports Business Journal, the show will include tapings of Dynamite and Collision.
Tickets are set to go on general sale on August 28th at 10am CEST, while there will be a special presale for AEW Insiders on August 26th at 10 am CEST. Fans can sign up for the presale at AEWTix.com

Tony Khan Believes The Time Is Right For AEW To Debut In France
Speaking to the SBJ about the event, Tony Khan said he believed there’s “a lot of excitement” around the promotion in France, and now would be the perfect time to bring Grand Slam to the country.
“There are so many great wrestling fans in France, and a lot of fans from France have made the trek to London to see AEW, and we believe there’s a lot of excitement around All Elite Wrestling in Paris, and it just felt like this would be the perfect time to launch with a huge event.”
Khan also said he hopes this won’t be the last time the promotion goes to France, saying he wants to “continue to make Paris a major live event site” in the future.
Will Ospreay, who has wrestled in France multiple times on the independent scene, also thinks France is ready for All Elite Wrestling and will want the company to keep coming back after the October event.
“I don’t need to watch [the market] because I’ve experienced it before, and I just know the moment that we go over there and the bell goes off, the French fans are going to let us know they want us to keep coming back.”
Will Ospreay may well be the AEW World Champion at Grand Slam France, as he will challenge Kenny Omega for the title in the main event of All In London on August 30th.
