‘Thrillbilly’ Silas Mason’s house burned down

"Thrillbilly" Silas Mason (center) along with Kerry and Ricky Morton (from left) says they have an annoucement on next week's NWA POWERRR.

“Thrillbilly” Silas Mason, the current NWA National champion and one-third of The Southern Six faction, had his home burned to the ground, and he is needing help.

In a GoFundMe page created by Kerry Morton, his stablemate, Morton wrote:

Recently, Silas experienced a devastating loss when his home was tragically destroyed by a fire, leaving him with nothing but the clothes on his back and his car. As his friends, we are rallying together to support Silas in his time of need and help him rebuild his life from the ground up.

Mason went on social media via Facebook/Instagram about his experience. “Me and my girlfriend lost everything we had except for our pets,” he wrote. “Wrestling gear, TV, laptops, clothes, the whole shebang.  I don’t ask for much, ’cause I’ve been pretty fortunate all things considered, but every little bit helps.”

The GoFundMe has been set with a goal of $10,000 USD, and as of this writing, they have raised $6,619 from over 92 donors, including Matt Cardona and Kyle Davis. Morton also said on the GoFundMe page, “The funds we are raising will be instrumental in assisting Silas as he works to recover from this unimaginable tragedy.”

“Every contribution will go towards providing Silas with the essentials he needs to rebuild his home and his life,” continued Morton. “From replacing household items and furniture to covering basic living expenses, every dollar donated will make a tangible difference in helping Silas regain stability and move forward. ”

Davis shared the link on X/Twitter with the following message: “Southern 6’s & NWA star Thrillbilly Silas Mason’s home has been ravaged by fire. If you’ve ever gotten an ounce of joy out of his promos or matches then please donate, anything and everything helps him recoup from the fire.”

The NWA’s official X/Twitter page also added the following: “Our own Silas Mason suffered an unfortunate house fire today. More information can be found at the link below, if you’re able to help you can also donate to him and his family.”
