It’s the start of the new era, not for AEW, although maybe with Cody Rhodes returning to WWE over the weekend, maybe it is. It’s a new era here at SLAM! Wrestling as I will be taking over the Dynamite beat for Nick Tylwalk, who we wish the best in his future endeavors. Seriously, though, Nick is one of my best friends and if were not for him, I would not be here today. Way back in 2003, Nick convinced Greg Oliver to bring me onboard here at SLAM! and for that I am forever grateful. Best of luck buddy. Let’s get onto the show.

AEW Dynamite 4/6/2022
4

Agganis Arena, Boston, Massachusettes

This was a solid two hours of professional wrestling and not because the Jericho Appreciation Society was run off earlier in the day. Adam Cole and Christian Cage kicked off the show with a solid match. The Hardy put on an old school tables match with the Butcher and the Blade, but the highlight of the night was the title versus title match in the main event. The Young Bucks and FTR put on a PPV quality match on free TV. If you love wrestling, you need to watch this match.
