WWE Raw opened with a recap of Survivor Series, followed by the typical arrival montage, before the Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky made their entrance together.
Still battered from WarGames, Ripley declared that despite the bruises, their fight wasn’t finished, not after the Kabuki Warriors betrayed Sky. Their goal: the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Sky called Asuka out, but before the Kabukis could answer, out came Charlotte Flair, in full bedazzled baby-blue denim, and Alexa Bliss, dressed more understatedly but equally determined. Bliss reminded them that she and Charlotte were still owed their rematch. Flair insisted RHIYO had to wait their turn.
Ripley kept it respectful but firm: Flair and Bliss failed to beat the Kabukis; therefore, they were behind her and Iyo in line. Flair fired back, and Bliss issued the challenge, Flair & Bliss vs. RHIYO later tonight.
Adam Pearce made the match official, citing the SmackDown involvement and extending courtesy to Nick Aldis.
Ivy Nile barged into Pearce’s office demanding her match with Maxxine Dupri, but Pearce explained Dupri was training with Natalya. The match will happen, just not tonight.
Moments later, Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker stepped in. Pearce pressed Heyman about the masked man who attacked CM Punk at Survivor Series. Heyman denied responsibility; Breakker simply noted that he pinned Pearce’s World Heavyweight Champion.
The Last Time Is Now Semifinal: LA Knight vs. Jey Uso
Jey Uso made his entrance through the crowd before facing LA Knight in a high-tempo semi-final bout.
Knight came out hot with multiple BFT attempts, while Jey answered with big strikes and a suicide dive before the break. Both men traded superkicks, spears, top-rope offences, and nearfalls. Knight’s Burning Hammer couldn’t keep Uso down, nor could Jey’s splash.
The finish saw Uso hit a final spear, head up top, and Knight roll him into a crucifix pin for the victory.
Winner: LA Knight
A devastated Uso snapped post-match, attacking the PRIME hydration station and throwing steel stairs.
Backstage, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria asked Pearce for a route into the tag-team title picture. Asuka and Kairi Sane interrupted, blaming Bayley for their WarGames loss. Asuka mocked Bayley’s lack of gold, then compared her unfavourably to Charlotte Flair, tonight’s main eventer. Kairi hung a green chain around Bayley’s neck and told her she could have that instead of a championship before being screamed at to follow Asuka.
Judgment Day, minus Liv Morgan, hit the ring. Dominik Mysterio celebrated his win over John Cena, calling himself the “King of the Luchadores” and crediting JD McDonagh, Finn Balor, Roxanne Perez… and Liv Morgan.
Liv made her surprise return to a roaring reaction. She explained that Cena didn’t see her coming, and neither did the audience. Dom welcomed her back as both his partner in crime and his girlfriend, insisting she helped secure his victory.
Liv then addressed rumours of Judgment Day weakening, stating that it is no longer weak, as she is back and Judgment Day is back on Raw.
She slapped Dom before leaping into his arms.
A tongue-in-cheek vignette showed Natalya training Maxxine Dupri in a gritty, Hart Dungeon-style facility.
Referee Eddie Orengo then received a discreet assignment from Pearce: survey the locker room and find out who knows anything about the masked man who attacked CM Punk. Pearce insisted it wasn’t Seth Rollins.
World Tag Team Championship: AJ Styles and Dragon Lee (c) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)
AJ Styles and Dragon Lee defended against The New Day in a fast-paced title bout packed with tandem offence.
New Day controlled early until Lee sent both members tumbling with back-to-back Frankensteiners. After the break, Styles found his rhythm with the Calf Killer and sliding forearm, while Lee survived a Tree of Woe assault.
The finish came when Styles suplexed Kofi Kingston into the ropes, causing him to spring backwards into position for Lee’s dive. Styles then hit the Styles Clash to retain.
Winners: AJ Styles and Dragon Lee
A recap aired of Stephanie Vaquer successfully defending the WWE Women’s World Championship against Nikki Bella.
Backstage, Vaquer declared she would burn any challenger who betrays her. Liv Morgan arrived to congratulate her, though the air hung thick with unspoken tension.
Paul Heyman returned to the ring with a list of acknowledgements: Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, “Big” Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul, whom he declared the biggest mainstream star alive.
Heyman then revealed WWE had granted The Vision’s demand: On 5 January 2026, the first anniversary of Raw on Netflix, CM Punk will defend the WWE Men’s World Heavyweight Championship live on Raw against Bron Breakker.
Breakker seized the mic to huge Punk chants, calling Punk soft, washed, and no different than veterans clinging to past glories. Breakker promised to destroy Punk’s career on 5 January.
Attempting to leave the arena, Jey Uso angrily refused comment, only admitting that voices in his head and guilt over Roman’s past words were messing with him.
The Last Time Is Now Semifinal: Gunther vs. Solo Sikoa
Gunther and Solo Sikoa collided in a bruising, methodical semi-final bout.
Both men traded clubbing shots, suplexes, and heavy hitters that forced multiple breaks. After repeated interference teases, Talla Tonga attempted to help Sikoa, only for the referee to catch him.
Gunther turned the tide by smashing Solo’s hand into the apron and hitting a low blow behind the ref’s back, followed by a powerbomb for the victory.
Winner: Gunther
LA Knight confronted Gunther post-match ahead of Friday’s final.
Rey Mysterio was being interviewed about pursuing Dominik when Logan Paul interrupted, declaring the Intercontinental Championship belonged to The Vision.
Rey, unimpressed, called Paul an “asshole” in Spanish before slapping him across the face, sparking an almost-brawl broken up by officials.
RHIYO (Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss
The main event saw the long-awaited clash between RHIYO and Flair & Bliss.
The action was frantic from the bell, with Bliss controlling early and Flair targeting Ripley. Iyo Sky’s speed created momentum shifts throughout, while Ripley nearly sealed victory with the Razor’s Edge and double-team sequences. Bliss hit the spike DDT, and Flair nailed Natural Selection, but Ripley kept the match alive.
All four competitors collapsed in the ring when the Kabuki Warriors stormed in to cause a no-contest.
Result: No-Contest
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria rushed in for the save, only for the women of Judgment Day, Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez included to hit the ring and assert dominance.
In the closing moment, Raquel Rodriguez and Perez held up the tag titles. Liv slid in, Perez handed her a belt… but Liv returned it, choosing unity over possession as Judgment Day stood tall to end the show.
