WWE Raw aired live from San Antonio, Texas, on Monday, September 21, with the final Money in the Bank qualifying matches taking centre stage.
Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore welcomed viewers to the show before footage aired from Roman Reigns’ World Heavyweight Championship defence against Penta one week earlier.
Penta then headed to the ring to address his defeat and make it clear that his pursuit of Reigns was not over.
Penta Wants Another Shot At Roman Reigns
Penta described his World Heavyweight Championship match against Reigns as one of the biggest nights of his life. He admitted Reigns had been the better man and said he respected the champion, but insisted things between them were far from finished.
Penta said he wanted another opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship and that his issues with Reigns were only beginning.
Dominik Mysterio interrupted alongside JD McDonagh, with Dominik dismissing Penta’s ambitions and claiming fans wanted to hear from someone who had stood tall in Mexico. McDonagh told Penta to move to the back of the line and predicted Dominik would win the 2026 Men’s Money in the Bank match.
Dominik then declared himself the “King of the Luchadors”, prompting Penta to respond that the only king of luchadors was Rey Mysterio.
Dominik and McDonagh attacked Penta and cleared the announce desk, but Penta fought back. He sent McDonagh to the floor with a back body drop, then wiped out both Judgment Day members with a double crossbody from the top rope.
Women’s Money In The Bank Qualifying Triple Threat Match: Roxanne Perez vs. La Catalina vs. Iyo Sky
Roxanne Perez immediately tried to create some distance after shoving La Catalina, but Catalina and Iyo Sky chased her outside before bringing the action back into the ring.
Sky and Catalina briefly worked together to send Perez back to the floor with a double dropkick before turning their attention to each other. The match quickly developed into a series of pinning combinations before Catalina wiped out both opponents with a double crossbody from the top rope.
Perez took control during the commercial break, wearing Catalina down before catching both opponents with a Russian Leg Sweep-DDT combination. Sky responded with a double stomp to Perez, but Catalina broke the subsequent pin with a shotgun dropkick.
Sky delivered a Butterfly Backbreaker to Catalina and climbed the ropes, but Perez knocked her into the ring post. Perez later joined both opponents on the ropes and sent Catalina down before hitting Sky with a hurricanrana from the top.
Catalina came close to victory after connecting with a Gory Bomb on Perez, but Perez kicked out. Sky then stacked both opponents in the corner and connected with a double Bullet Train.
Sky attempted an Over The Moonsault onto both women, but Perez moved at the last moment, leaving Catalina to take the impact. Perez immediately capitalised by hitting Pop Rox on Sky and securing the three-count.

LA Knight Sends A Message To Roman Reigns
LA Knight came to the ring and turned his attention towards Roman Reigns ahead of their World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank.
Knight noted it had been three years since he last faced Reigns one-on-one and said he had to scratch and claw his way into championship contention.
He acknowledged Reigns’ accomplishments and suggested he could be the greatest World Heavyweight Champion of his generation. However, Knight also pointed out that Reigns no longer had The Bloodline surrounding him.
Knight said Reigns appeared determined to rewrite his legacy by proving he could dominate without assistance. He contrasted that with his own career, declaring himself the most self-made wrestler in WWE before predicting that Reigns would be forced to acknowledge him as the new World Heavyweight Champion at Money in the Bank.
Je’Von Evans vs. Bron Breakker
Je’Von Evans and Bron Breakker wasted little time taking the fight outside, with Evans diving through the ropes to wipe out Breakker before later sending him into the timekeeper’s area.
Breakker used his power to regain control and wore Evans down after returning to the ring. Evans eventually created an opening by countering a Gorilla Press into a DDT, then followed with Sliced Bread.
The Vision then became involved. Maxxine Dupri distracted the referee as Austin Theory attempted to attack Evans, but Evans knocked Theory from the apron.
Breakker capitalised with a spinning slam, but Evans kicked out. Evans then avoided another charge and sent Breakker into the middle turnbuckle.
Theory, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul then entered the ring and attacked Evans, forcing the referee to call for a disqualification.
Winner: Je’Von Evans via disqualification
The Vision continued its assault after the bell until Oba Femi came to Evans’ aid.
Femi took a chair away from Paul and used it on Theory and Breakker. Reed regained possession, but Femi dropped him with an uppercut before cracking the chair across his back.
Evans then launched himself over the top rope onto The Vision at ringside, leaving himself and Femi standing tall.
Judgment Day Confront Stephanie Vaquer
Judgment Day headed to the ring, where JD McDonagh addressed Joe Hendry, mocking him by comparing him to a Funko Pop. McDonagh insisted he had a normal-sized head before Raquel Rodriguez turned her attention to the San Antonio crowd.
Rodriguez claimed Liv Morgan’s “Trouble, Trouble” music video was better than Hendry’s latest effort before Morgan reflected on Judgment Day’s trip to Mexico.
Morgan boasted that the group embarrassed Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer, Rey Mysterio and El Grande Americano, but said the trip would have been even better if she had regained the Women’s World Championship.
She labelled her loss in Santiago the “Santiago Screwjob” and called out Vaquer for a rematch.
Instead, Becky Lynch appeared in the crowd and declared that “The Man” had arrived in San Antonio. Lynch mocked McDonagh, then joked about her own performance as special guest referee and told Morgan to move to the back of the championship line.
Vaquer then joined them and insisted she had won the championship on her own. Morgan argued that Lynch’s officiating caused the result.
Vaquer ultimately agreed to defend the Women’s World Championship against both Morgan and Lynch.
Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria
The fight between Bayley and Lyra Valkyria began before the opening bell, with Bayley knocking Valkyria from the apron and hitting a crossbody to the outside.
Bayley followed with right hands and sent Valkyria spine-first into the barricade before finally getting her back inside so the match could officially begin.
Once underway, Bayley kept the aggressive pace and caught Valkyria with a suplex. Valkyria answered by monkey flipping Bayley into the corner before connecting with a leg drop from the top rope for a two-count.
Bayley later hit an elbow drop from the top and followed with three more, but still could not keep Valkyria down.
Valkyria locked in a sleeper after the commercial break and continued wearing Bayley down. The action spilled outside, where Bayley sent Valkyria over the announce desk.
Both women narrowly beat the referee’s ten-count and returned to the ring, where Valkyria immediately caught Bayley with a roll-up to score the victory.

Lola Vice Officially Joins WWE Raw
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce introduced Lola Vice as the newest member of the Raw roster.
Vice spoke about her journey and the influence her mother and father had on her career before declaring that her fists do not lie.
Roxanne Perez interrupted after securing her place in the Women’s Money in the Bank match earlier in the night. Perez told Vice that she would show her why she was levels below her at Money in the Bank before shoving Raw’s newest arrival.
Vice responded by dropping Perez.
Backstage, Paul Heyman was shown watching Vice before Bron Breakker walked past him. Heyman told Breakker that Oba Femi was still breathing, which he considered bad news for The Vision.
Breakker responded that he was also still breathing, and that was bad news for everyone.
The 946 Abduct Solo Sikoa
Solo Sikoa’s entrance music played ahead of the final Money in the Bank qualifier, but Sikoa never made it to the ring.
Instead, The 946 blindsided Sikoa backstage, threw him into the boot of a car and drove away.
The Bloodline and LA Knight attempted to give chase before Adam Pearce and WWE officials arrived at the scene.
With Sikoa unable to compete, Pearce appeared at ringside before the scheduled qualifier and announced that Penta would take his place against Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee.
Money In The Bank Qualifying Triple Threat Match: Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee vs. Penta
Penta and Dragon Lee initially worked together against Dominik, quickly sending him from the ring. Their temporary alliance didn’t last long, though, as Penta flew over the top rope and wiped Lee out at ringside.
Dominik gained control during the commercial break and later used Lee’s mask to tie him to the ropes before stomping away at him.
Lee eventually broke free and hit Dominik with a powerbomb for a near fall. The pace increased as all three traded high-impact offence, with Penta hitting Dominik with a Penta Driver before Lee connected with a Tornado DDT on Penta.
Lee later hit Dominik with a Styles Clash, while Penta delivered a Mexican Destroyer to Lee on the ring apron.
Dominik came within moments of victory after hitting Penta with a 619 and Frog Splash, but Penta kicked out.
Dominik then exposed the top turnbuckle to gain an advantage. The plan backfired when Penta sent him face-first into the exposed steel.
Penta followed with a springboard Mexican Destroyer and pinned Dominik to secure the final victory of the night and his place in the Men’s Money in the Bank match.
