The road to Night of Champions continued on WWE Raw as the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments moved one step closer to their conclusions, family tensions simmered within The Bloodline, and several major matches were made official for upcoming premium live events.
Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena hosted a night filled with tournament action, surprise confrontations, and championship implications. Iyo Sky and Oba Femi punched their tickets to the finals of their respective tournaments, while Roman Reigns attempted to strengthen The Bloodline’s unity with mixed results. Elsewhere, Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker agreed to settle their issues inside a steel cage, and Logan Paul attempted to recruit one of WWE’s fastest-rising stars.
Raw opened with a video package looking back at the King of the Ring first-round action from SmackDown, before the focus shifted to the arrival of Roman Reigns and The Usos.
The group encountered Jacob Fatu backstage before making their way to the ring together. Reigns addressed the Baltimore crowd and celebrated Jey Uso‘s advancement in the King of the Ring tournament. He praised Jey’s accomplishments and declared that his cousin would go on to become the 2026 King of the Ring.
Reigns then turned his attention to Jimmy Uso, demanding recognition for everything Jimmy had contributed to The Bloodline over the years. Jey used the opportunity to call out Jacob Fatu, suggesting that he needed to show more respect to both Uso brothers.
Fatu responded that there was only one man he acknowledged: Roman Reigns.
Rather than escalating the disagreement, Reigns revealed a wooden Ula Fala and formally welcomed Fatu into The Bloodline. Reigns reflected on the family’s history in professional wrestling, mentioning legends such as The Wild Samoans, Yokozuna, Rikishi, and Umaga before placing the Ula Fala around Fatu’s neck.
The celebration was short-lived.
As The Bloodline headed backstage, comedian Eric Andre playfully grabbed Fatu’s new Ula Fala. Fatu immediately snapped, dragging Andre to ringside and assaulting him. Despite officials attempting to intervene, Reigns ordered Fatu to continue. Fatu delivered two devastating Frog Splashes, leaving Andre laid out as the show moved on.
Queen Of The Ring Semi-Final Match: Iyo Sky vs. Raquel Rodriguez
The first tournament semi-final of the evening saw Iyo Sky square off against Raquel Rodriguez.
Sky came out aggressively, peppering Rodriguez with strikes and quick offence. Rodriguez soon regained control, using her power advantage to repeatedly drive Sky into barricades and the ring post.
Rodriguez dominated large stretches of the contest, grounding Sky with submission holds and punishing her with powerful strikes. Sky repeatedly fought back, using her speed to create openings whenever possible.
The turning point came late in the match when Rodriguez attempted to continue her assault from the corner. Sky countered by pulling her opponent out of position and planting her with a powerbomb.
With Rodriguez stunned, Sky climbed to the top rope and connected with an Over-The-Moonsault to secure the victory and advance to the Queen of the Ring final.
Winner: Iyo Sky
Backstage, Liv Morgan offered encouragement to Roxanne Perez ahead of her upcoming match with Charlotte Flair.
After Perez left, Morgan approached Danhausen and attempted to convince him to place a curse on Flair. Danhausen responded by demanding money, a role in Morgan’s next music video and a feature on her next song. Morgan quickly decided the price was too high and walked away.
A video package featuring Seth Rollins aired.
Rollins challenged Bron Breakker to meet him inside a steel cage at Night of Champions on June 27, promising to end their rivalry once and for all.
Chad Gable vs. Rusev
Tensions continued to rise between Chad Gable, Rusev and Ethan Page.
Before the match, Gable was shown confronting Maxxine Dupri as she spoke with Austin Theory backstage.
Once the bell rang, Gable used his amateur wrestling background to frustrate Rusev early. The Bulgarian powerhouse quickly shifted momentum, overpowering Gable and repeatedly driving him into the announce desk and ringside barricades.
The match became increasingly chaotic as Ethan Page repeatedly inserted himself into the action. Page distracted Gable and later attacked him while the referee was occupied, giving Rusev additional opportunities to take control.
Despite the constant interference, Gable refused to stay down. He rallied with a series of German suplexes and eventually trapped Rusev in an Ankle Lock.
Page attempted to interfere once again, but Gable neutralised him before turning his focus back to Rusev. After surviving a Machka Kick and the Accolade, Gable connected with an Angle Slam and reapplied the Ankle Lock.
This time, Rusev had no escape and was forced to tap out.
Winner: Chad Gable
Following the match, Page attacked Gable from behind. Rusev joined the assault until Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee sprinted to the ring. The two luchadors evened the odds and forced Page and Rusev to retreat.
Another backstage segment featured The Usos confronting Roman Reigns about Jacob Fatu’s behaviour.
Jimmy and Jey questioned why Fatu continued to ignore them despite officially joining The Bloodline. Reigns insisted the family could not afford internal conflict and attempted to calm the situation.
A second video package aired later in the evening.
This time, Bron Breakker responded to Seth Rollins and officially accepted the challenge for a steel cage match at Night of Champions.
LA Knight received a strong reaction from his home-state crowd in Maryland.
Knight reflected on his elimination from the King of the Ring tournament and discussed returning home after Friday’s defeat. He made it clear that despite falling short, he had no intention of slowing down.
Knight then shifted his attention to Roman Reigns and The Bloodline, accusing Reigns of manipulating Jacob Fatu.
Jimmy Uso interrupted and attempted to assure Knight that the current version of The Bloodline was different from previous incarnations. Knight remained sceptical, believing the family would eventually target him again.
Jey Uso soon joined the conversation and insisted he had defeated Knight fairly in the tournament. He demanded that Knight acknowledge him.
Knight responded in typical fashion, telling Jey exactly what he thought of that idea.
The situation quickly deteriorated into a physical confrontation. Before things could escalate too far, Jacob Fatu emerged and attacked Knight. Fatu planted Knight with the Tongan Death Grip and left him unconscious as officials rushed to provide assistance.
Charlotte Flair vs. Roxanne Perez
The next match saw Charlotte Flair take on Roxanne Perez.
Perez entered the match with Liv Morgan in her corner, while Alexa Bliss accompanied Flair.
Perez displayed confidence throughout the bout and frequently targeted Flair’s arm and back. Flair weathered the storm and eventually mounted a comeback with a series of power moves.
Outside interference became a factor as Morgan and Bliss were repeatedly drawn in. Morgan attempted to create distractions while Bliss worked to neutralise her.
The finish came after Perez failed to put Flair away despite a strong offensive sequence. Flair recovered, trapped Perez in the Figure Eight Leg Lock and forced her opponent to submit.
Winner: Charlotte Flair
Je’Von Evans joined Jackie Redmond for an interview in the ring.
Evans confidently predicted that he would defeat Jey Uso and advance to the King of the Ring final.
That brought out Logan Paul.
Joined by Austin Theory, Paul praised Evans’ athleticism and potential before inviting him to join The Vision. Evans immediately rejected the offer, leading to tension between all parties.
Theory stepped forward and challenged Evans to a match.
Je’Von Evans vs. Austin Theory
The match officially got underway during the commercial break.
Theory attempted to slow Evans down with a more methodical attack, but Evans continuously found ways to showcase his speed and athleticism. The young star thrilled the crowd with a series of high-flying manoeuvres, repeatedly putting Theory on the defensive.
As the action spilled outside, Logan Paul attempted to distract Evans. Theory capitalised, but Evans recovered and fought back.
Just as Evans appeared poised to score the victory, Bron Breakker stormed into the ring and speared him.
The attack caused a disqualification.
Winner: Je’Von Evans via disqualification
Breakker, Paul and Theory continued assaulting Evans after the bell.
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins rushed to the ring and made the save, sending Breakker retreating and ending the beatdown.
King Of The Ring Semi-Final Match: Oba Femi vs. Dominik Mysterio
The final match of the evening determined the second finalist in the King of the Ring tournament.
Dominik Mysterio looked noticeably less confident once he realised he would be facing Oba Femi.
Dominik attempted to outsmart his much larger opponent, using underhanded tactics and assistance from JD McDonagh. A hidden ring bell and a cheap, low-blow shot briefly gave Dominik momentum.
After connecting with two 619s and a Frog Splash, Dominik appeared close to pulling off a shocking upset.
Femi kicked out.
The powerhouse immediately shifted into another gear.
McDonagh entered the ring but only became collateral damage. Femi flattened both members of Judgment Day with a series of devastating power moves, including a double chokeslam.
Moments later, Femi planted Dominik with Fall From Grace and scored the decisive three-count.
Winner: Oba Femi
Raw closed with Oba Femi standing tall in the ring.
With a microphone in hand, Femi celebrated advancing to the King of the Ring final and declared that he was one victory away from wearing the crown.
He then turned his attention to Brock Lesnar.
Femi questioned why Lesnar had not appeared and claimed that while he once admired The Beast, he now viewed him differently. Femi insisted that he had become the mountain Lesnar could no longer conquer and vowed that history would remember Lesnar as the man who ran from him.
With that bold statement delivered, Raw came to an end with Femi standing tall and the road to Night of Champions growing increasingly intense.
