Massive issues between the team of Gabe Kidd and Yota Tsuji has allowed Bishamon (Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi) to climb to the top of A Block in the NJPW World Tag League tournament.
Things began heading south for Kidd and Tsuji when Tsuji dropped Goto with a Falcon Arrow. Goto and Tsuji trade forearms until hits an Inverted GTR. Tsuji head butts Goto to the canvass. Kidd blind tags himself in. Tsuji is not too happy about that. They get in each other’s faces. Double head butt on Hashi. Double suplex on Goto. Double super kicks on Goto. Goto moves out of the way and Tsuji spears Kidd by mistake. Kidd is pinned by a Shoto.

Taichi and Satoshi Kojima versus The House of Torture (Yujiro Takahashi and Chase Owens) – A Block
This match is purely for pride as both teams are out of the tournament. The House, naturally, attacks before the bell can be rung. Yujiro backs up Kojima in a corner and starts giving him the machine gun chops. Kojima knocks him down with a shoulder butt though. Owens holds Kojima so that Yujiro can throw some more chops. Kojima gives Yujiro his machine gun chops and his flying elbow off the top rope for two. Yujiro stops the Koji Cutter by biting Kojima’s arm. I guess whatever works, right? Taichi kicks Yujiro so that Kojima can land the cutter. Owens knocks Taichi out of the ring with a C Trigger. Kojima cutters him too. Fisherman’s Suplex by Yujiro. C-Trigger by Owens. Kojima kicks out. Owens distracts the official so that Yujiro can grab his cane. Kojima blocks it with his lariat and hits another just to be sure, however, Yujiro kicks out. Taichi and Kojima hit a double clothesline on Yujiro. Yujiro kicks out again. Yujiro blocks Kojima’s lariat off the ropes and takes down the official as well. Owens throws powder in Kojima’s eyes and low-blows him.
“Is that flour? It isn’t even organic,” sighs guest commentator Alex Zayne.
Yujiro pins Kojima with his DDT.

El Desperado and Shuji Ishikawa versus House of Torture (Evil and Don Fale)
Evil tosses Ishikawa to the floor. Big mistake. Sho tries to sling him into the barricades but he cannot move him. Ishikawa whips Sho in hard and starts choking him. The official heads to the floor to break it up. Ishikawa finally lets go. Ishikawa charges at Evil. Evil moves out of the way so that Ishikawa hits an exposed turnbuckle. Ishikawa kicks out of Evil’s pin sending him flying into the air and across the ring. Evil escapes Desperado’s stretch by reaching the ropes. Desperado and Ishikawa both double stomp Evil for a two count. Fale reenters the ring taking Taichi down with a shoulder tackle. Ishikawa does the same to Fale. Evil distracts the official. Sho hammers Ishikawa from behind. Ishikawa no-sells it all. Sho pulls the top rope down on Ishikawa. Fale attacks Ishikawa on the floor. Sho throws Dick Togo’s garotte at Desperado. The official gives Desperado some static. Desperado blocks a low-blow punching Evil in the face. Evil kicks Desperado into the ropes. Sho hits Desperado in the head with a steel chair. Evil pins Desperado with Everything Is Evil.

A Pumping Bomber from Takagi send Oleg to the floor. Yano is pinned with a Double Made in Japan.
