Chaos erupted at the opening bell as all six competitors immediately brawled. Elijah impressed with a massive superplex on Ali, while Matt and Jeff Hardy cleared the ring.
Following the break, interference from Steelz briefly shifted momentum, but the Hardys regained control. Matt delivered a Twist of Fate to Hotch, and Jeff followed with a Swanton Bomb to secure the victory.
Winners: The Hardys & Elijah
After the match: Special Agent 0 laid out Elijah and the Hardys until The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) hit the ring. Dutch slammed Jeff Hardy, while Vincent chained Jeff’s earlobe to the ring post and delivered a Swanton Bomb to Matt. Vincent vowed that The Righteous would dethrone The Hardys for the TNA World Tag Team Championships.
Frankie Kazarian and AJ Styles exchanged tense words backstage, with Styles making it clear he has his sights set on the TNA World Championship.
Several celebrities, athletes, AMC personalities, and TNA alumni were shown in attendance.
Ryan Nemeth caused a scene during a backstage segment and was embarrassed after being sent groin-first into the barricade by AMC stars.
Santino Marella addressed the crowd, admitting recent distractions following his daughter Arianna Grace’s betrayal. He revealed that TNA management would be receiving assistance.
That assistance was revealed to be Daria Rae (formerly Sonya Deville). Rae thanked the fans but quickly took aim at Marella, stating that TNA needs structure—not jokes. She announced her first official move: the signing of Elyana Black, who appeared briefly on the stage.

Santino Marella revealed that Dani Luna was not medically cleared to challenge Léi Yǐng Lee at Genesis, prompting an open challenge.

Sol Ruca and Zaria answered, with Ruca offering Zaria the title opportunity. Zaria signed the contract and shared a respectful staredown—and handshake—with Lee.
Eddie Edwards announced that JDC will compete in his final career match at Genesis—against Eddie himself. JDC thanked TNA and stated The System is evolving, not weakening.

TNA World Championship Main Event: Frankie Kazarian (c) vs. Mike Santana
The match was intense from the start, with Santana showcasing speed and power while Kazarian relied on opportunistic offense. Multiple near-falls followed, including a Spanish Fly, Canadian Destroyer, and Spin The Block.
After referee interference, title belt shots, and repeated finisher attempts, Santana finally connected with Spin The Block for a decisive victory.
