TNA iMPACT! rolls into New Orleans with Rebellion just over a week away, and all the stories are coming together for that huge PPV. The show got started hot.
TNA World Champion Mike Santana opened the show and said the Steve Maclin rivalry is behind him, Santana’s next challenger is Eddie Edwards. The two will collide for the TNA World Championship at Rebellion.
Edwards, accompanied by Cedric Alexander, made their way to the ring, but the situation got feisty as Santana called for an immediate fight. With that tension on high, Alexander called out X-Division Champion Leon Slater. Mustafa Ali came out and said that Rebellion would be the night of Order 4, as he has his eyes set on the TNA International Championship.
Trey Miguel answered Ali, and Moose evened the odds, turning the confrontation into chaos. Director of Authority Santino Marella came out and made a HUGE 8-perrson match ….

An explosive, fast-paced eight-man tag match happened that saw tons of action through the match. Trey Miguel showed off his aerial offense, while Leon Slater and Santana worked so well as a tag-team. Outside interference from Order 4 and The System shifted the momentum through the match.
The bout broke into absolute chaos as we see all the dives, powerbombs, and finishing moves. Eddie Edwards hit the Boston Knee Party on Santana to score the huge dubbya.

Also, Daria Rae confronts Santino Marella in his office, visibly frustrated with his recent decisions. Rae questions Santino for booking matches on the fly. Santino remained ccool and ccollective….ish. He said he simply givies the fans what they want. Rae reveals that Santino was just discussed in a board meeting she attended. Rae then announces that the night’s main event would determine the next challenger for Léi Yǐng Lee at Rebellion, with Xia Brookside facing Knockouts World Champion Arianna Grace.

The TNA World Tag Team Champions, The Hardys, made their way to the ring to address the shocking attack by The Righteous to Matt Hardy at Sacrifice. Matt Hardy calls out the assault, and was somewhat…dare we say…broken. Jeff Hardy then turned his attention to Vincent, questioning his motives. The Righteous interrupted. Vincent and Dutch showed no remorse, justifying their betrayal by claiming The Hardys were never victims, but rather offerings.
Matt fired back, warning of “apocalyptic consequences” if they crossed paths again. Vincent responded by confirming that clash would come….SOON. The Hardys issued a challenge for next week on TNA iMPACT, which The Righteous quickly accepted. They then announced that the TNA World Tag Team Championships will be on the line in a Tables Match next week.

Backstage, TNA World Champion Mike Santana is still pissed about his loss from earlier. Knockouts World Champion Arianna Grace and Stacks show up. Grace wastes no time taking shots at Santana, mocking him for being pinned. She said that true champions don’t lose. Santana tells them to leave, but the situation got heated as Stacks steps up to Santana. They mock Santana some more before walking away.

Bunkhouse Match: Tessa Blanchard vs. Jody Threat
This one turned into a chaotic Bunkhouse Match before it even officially began, as Jody Threat and Tessa Blanchard started brawling during Jody’s entrance. Threat struck first, blasting Blanchard with a trash can before the action even reached the ring.
Once inside, the bell finally sounded, but the violence only escalated. Jody introduced a variety of weapons and delivered a brutal powerbomb to Tessa on the ring apron heading into the break.
Back from commercial, Threat continued her assault—smashing Blanchard with a cowbell, then tying her up in the ropes with a cable. She followed up with repeated shots using a bullrope and the cowbell.
Blanchard managed to fight back, whipping Jody with a belt before using it to choke her. The punishment proved too much, as Jody eventually lost consciousness, forcing the referee to call for the bell and award the match to Tessa Blanchard.
Winner: Tessa Blanchard

Knockouts Championship Match: Arianna Grace (c) w/ Stacks def. Xia Brookside w/ Léi Yǐng Lee
Arianna Grace controlled most of the match as she kept Brookside grounded. Brookside came back with a series of armdrags and a dropkick, sending Grace retreating to ringside. Brookside had control of the match until Stacks interfered by pulling her out of a pin attempt. Léi Yǐng Lee rushed in to even the odds, but she was tossed around only to be thrown by Grace onto the steel steps. Brookside came right back and sent Grace into the steps herself and hit Stacks with a DDT on the outside.
Back in the ring, Xia kept things going, knocking Stacks off the apron after tossing Grace into him. Brookside scored a close near fall, but the numbers game once again came into play as Stacks raked Xia’s eyes. As Xia and Stacks continued to brawl at ringside, Grace hit Brookside with the title belt behind the referee’s back to give her the win.
Winner: Ariana Grace
After the match, Stacks and Grace continued the assault on Léi Yǐng Lee until Mike Santana made the save. Eddie Edwards was out and said that he will settle things with Santana at Rebellion.
